YES YOU GET IT ANON,, Rachel is SO blind to anything Hyde does. And because SHE is the one who tends to push him away by smothering him, she ends up blaming herself a lot for how he treats her. In her eyes, she must 'deserve' this for how she smothered him, and the fact that he comes back to him makes her feel like he's 'forgiven' her and therefore things between them are fine!! They are not.

I also wonder a lot about Jekyll in this situation. How twisted it would be for Jekyll to interact with her on a daily basis and keep up the facade of them being friends while knowing what Hyde does to her. And the inherent fact that he's allowing it to happen implies he's really not as against it as he might let on...

Toxic Henriel is a big one for J&H. I do love regular Henriel, but god, Henriel under the light of Jekyll having some twisted obsession with corrupting Utterson, or him as Hyde exploiting Utterson's care for Jekyll, it's perfect and it's a shame it's so rare!

As for TGS, I think Jasper/Jekyll is cute, but don't have a lot to say about it. I also think the idea of Rachel/Hyde is interesting! Canon TGS Hyde would never, but Rachel's fucked up dependence on him and insistence he's a perfect little angel could so easily lead up to some awful scenarios where she denies she's being abused.

One of them specifically had Jekyll fantasize about raping and corrupting Utterson in class and god, that genuinely permanently changed how I like Jekyll/Utterson. Realistically, it's probably a bit more complicated. I think the proship mindset is about just ignoring ships you don't like. It's the belief that people should be able to ship whatever they want without being harassed for it.

The definition of harassment is complicated. I understand that "ew gross" is not necessarily harassment, but I certainly wouldn't consider that kind or "proship" behavior. Generally speaking I would define harassment as something a bit more serious; outright accusing someone of being a pedophile or predator simply based on the ship, stalking someone, leaving dozens of comments simply over a ship, ect.

Psuedo-incest, abuse, and an unhealthy power dynamic ship below!!

Chuaxis just has my heart so bad and it's hard to explain why. I think Chujin and Axis's relationship even platonically is just tragic. Axis seems to really value Chujin, but Chujin in his tape almost speaks about Axis like he's an object. He speaks as if Axis cleaned up the evidence by choice, when Chujin almost certainly told him to do so. And Axis is left not knowing this happened and never being informed that Chujin passed.

And so I guess Chuaxis is, to me, a more extreme version of this. You can see it under the perspective of Chujin caring about Axis even less than what canon suggests, while Axis is loyal and adores him regardless. Or Chujin does care about Axis, but its a twisted form of love that makes Axis suffer. Not like he can exactly say no or tell anyone no matter what Chujin does.

That and I just love Axis as a character and wanna make him suffer <3
