Bit of lore + backstory that you WILL read!

Skarlett is a scientist who worked in the sterile halls of CEDA's virology department before the apocalypse. Between the sleepless nights, grey ethics, and bitter coffee, Skarlett always felt she was made for something— more. Like her soul was driven by an inexplicable pull, as if she were a cog constantly turning in an immobile machine. Every action felt less like a choice and more like— compulsion, a sense of purpose guiding her toward something greater-something she had yet to understand.

When the infection tore through the world, that's when she finally found her purpose. She wasn't a cog — she was a weapon. And she will stop at nothing to achieve her objective.

This is a MegaStar Gemformers collection.

Starscream is a star-shaped pearl in different colors, and Megatron is an Obsidian.(G1/cybervers→Fire Obsidian；TFP→Rainbow Obsidian; SG→Blue Sheen Obsidian)

I picked Obsidian for Mega mainly because I once watched a SU analysis on YouTube saying that non-fusion Obsidians seem to be more like army-based construction workers — basically labor-class Gems. Not super high in status, but very powerful. And since we also see Snowflake Obsidian having some unique abilities in the show, it just felt like a really good fit.

As for Starscream… no explanation needed. Pearl-coded from the start 💅✨

And their fusions will be like…

I don’t think I have time to draw these but it’s fun to think about it.

This took me approximately a week (months, but because I worked on it on and off), testing some animation techniques, etc. I hope to expand on animation in the future… dunno tho, we’ll see with all the financial instability of the world rn.
