Christmas coloring book, drinking tea, & baby boy playing. A perfect winter morning 💙
Change
Thinking about introducing essential oils and drinking tea to my life to try to bring about good vibes and a more healthy lifestyle. I'm excited to make this change for me and for my baby boy. Any suggestions on either the oils or tea are welcome.

I've hit a couple hiccups trying to lose this baby weight plus; I've taken some not needed breaks, BUT I AM going to get back on it and this time I AM going to stick with it until I am where I need to be. No one is perfect and I got to remind myself that no matter what as long as I am giving my 100% that's all that matters. Also, need to actually give that 100% & it's starting today.
Day three of Insanity down; cannot wait for week one to be over. Now to try to conquer these cravings and bad eating like NOW.
Starting the Insanity program yesterday! Here's to November and hoping to keep this motivation going.
Break-Time Over
I've taking a break on working out and losing weight, sadly. But I've had a hard time making the time for it. It's time to get back at it and to get stronger faster. Starting next Monday I'm going to try my hardest to complete the Insanity Program and to reach my goals before my fiancé's return in 4-6 months from his ship.

In honor of school starting 🤘🏼
Two months and one week: 23.4 pounds down (half the baby weight demolished). I cannot be more proud of myself, however, I still have a long weigh to healthy.
Positive vibes only 🤘🏼
My hardest struggle now is to not eat within two hours of bedtime. But I have to get through this and stop it in order to get done what I need to be healthy again.

12.2 lbs down ! This week I may have only lost a little over this past week but tomorrow is the start of a new one.
After a horrible day yesterday; walked 2.5 miles. A beautiful view on the way.
My current goal has been to walk 5x a week at least. Week four is starting and I think I'm gonna add an ab and squat challenge. Working out daily is what keeps me sane as a new mom.
