i'm playing dress-up with celeste, my precious cinnamon roll, too good for this world, too pure. they have more outfits, but i couldn't fit them on pictures nicely so i had to omit the least favorite ones :)

i also gave them a whole lot of likes and dislikes, good singing skill because i imagine them singing jazz, and a new trait "heart on a sleeve"

hear me out, i know the mermay is over but maybe someone wants some mermaid lore

river mermaids have streamlined bodies - narrow shoulders and torso, muscular hips and long tailfins to swim against the stream

antarctic mermaids are chubby, because they need a lot of fat to keep warm, with short necks and wide torso

tropical mermaids are lean, fast, and very colorful

deepwater mermaids are pale, almost translucent with visible veins, have big eyes, wide mouths and sharp teeth, overall kinda creepy

lake mermaids can have very different body shapes, but they are colored in greens and browns to camouflage themselves among weeds, driftwood and shadowed areas

i just angrily deleted the whole royal family, and will vindictively delete them in every save from now on

one of them came into my house UNINVITED, literally just let herself in while my sims were going about their days, and decided to hang out in the bathroom that my sim really needed to use

she wouldn't get out of the bathroom even when my sim was yelling and protesting

and because she is royal, there was only two options on her - request knighthood, and attempt introduction which she REJECTED every time

she didn't leave the bathroom until my sim peed himself and DIED of embarrassment, and this fucking woman had the audacity to cry!! and then proceeded to play on his laptop for two hours

yeah, so from now on, she won't exist in my games, and all her family too

now all three of them let themselves in my house to hang out in my bathroom! they don't interact with my sims, they only came to witness the towel rack

builds in ondarion are so pretty, but so generic. whoever built them, didn't built them with characters or some kind of visual narrative in mind, and if you read my posts for a long time, you know that one of things i am very critical about is the lack of visual narrative

abrantes only have bedrooms for current number of people (two), so whoever made it didn't account for Thiago having lived here before he recently moved to live with Cordelia. i'm sorry, where did he sleep, in a broom closet? well, we can at the very least tell Ermelinda's and Sofia's rooms apart by their size

rooms in Capp mansion are all the same. what do you mean the shrewd, harsh father, very girly and ladylike daughter, artistic nonbinary child and mean tattoed renegade son who goes against family values all have the same beige bedrooms with the same double beds with the same covers, the same vanity tables and absolutely zero personal belongings anywhere?.. it's a fucking museum, not a house people live in. i don't know if i would be right to blame builders though - not sure if maxis described a family for them or just said "a rich noble family of four"

ah, yes, and Cordelia's toilet is a separate building on the gallery with a glass door facing the building. yeah, why not. if i was a princess, i also would love anyone on their evening stroll on the balcony to witness me taking a royal shit

my favorite cc blushes that i use the most and miss the most when i make no cc sims.

you can combine them with regular blush, make them as subtle or cartoonishly thick as you want, cosmetics and moles won't look chunky on them, and because you can choose any color on the wheel and any opacity, you can make tattoo blushes look the way you want on any skin color. and of course your sims will stay no cc

blushes used: natural blush 02 by me, blush n19 by anonimux (my favorite ever), blush n1 by euno, lullaby blush by myobi, blush 02 by nananini, dolly blush by soju-vibe 💖

i used to have a mod and it worked perfectly, but i seem to have misplaced it and can't find it for the life of me, neither in my backup folders, nor around the internet. i've found three similar mods, two aren't working, one has additional options i don't need, but not that one i've lost

so i'm trying to make a mod. and it doesn't work
