The fact most of the trolls have just collectively one psychic ability (i think it’s just making things float or being a ghost) is annoying to me. So I did something about it. It’s just a headcannon. Or I guess just speculative biology.
Rust bloods have pyrokinesis. It’s fire. what else do I need to say
Bronze bloods can talk to animals (non fish). The fish come in later. They have it worse. Tavros can try to talk an animal into something, but Feferi can do worse
Gold bloods have electrokinesis. They can set stuff on fire (because electricity can do that) but they can’t mess with the fire. They can also charge batteries. Sollux is still a living battery. If Sollux sets something on fire he can’t do anything about it. Aradia, however, can do pretty much anything with the fire expect making it hotter (without putting something in it to make it bigger)
Olive bloods can turn into were-cats. Not just house cat varents. Any cat. Feline or Panthera. It’s all cat. We can have a lion or a sand cat. I have no idea what Nepeta would be. Please leave suggestions.
Jade bloods can grow plants. It’s helpful to be able to easily grow food when you’re supposed to be taking care of Wigglers.
Teal Bloods have Cryokinesis. Freezing stuff. They don’t have power over the water that’s frozen. The fact that it’s frozen makes it controllable. Terezi could freeze water and then manipulate the ice or Eridan has to shape the water then Terezi can freeze it.
Cobalt bloods have what is Pretty much Spider man powers. They can stick on walls and scale them. They can make silk that’s strong enough to support their weight. Also they might have actually visual differences if I feel like actually drawing it
Indigo bloods have super strength. It may seem lame. But it’s more than just the ability to lift more. It means their hide is thicker too. They aren’t quite invulnerable but they’re more resistant to things. Blunt attacks don’t work at all. Sharp attacks work if the weapon is fast enough and durable. Magic weapons work best. Fire does minimal damage. Same with electricity. Ice sticks and causes lasting damage. Poison doesn’t do anything unless it’s gas.
Purple bloods have Hypnosis (don’t). Basically how they did the cult thing. It works better if you’re gullible. (Tavros wouldn’t make it)
Violet bloods have Hydrokinesis. Seems simple. Until ice starts to exist. It’s the fact that it’s liquid water that makes it controllable. Specifically the Hydrogen (I’m in chemistry. It had to get to elements at some point).
(It’s late I’m not even gonna try to spell that), can talk to fish. Or well control them. The fish can’t even resist. They’re the empress’s to control.
