Still hard at work guys. Some weeks it feels like I've lost focus but I always find a way to find it again. Getting the rest of this weight off has been a bitch but I'm getting there. A lot has been going on this summer personal life, trying to have fun with my fiance and my friends, a promotion at work...but Fall is on the horizon. Time for laser F O C U S.

Follow up! So this girl (in blue) beat me that day. Like... y'all...she kicked my ass 😅 As of yesterday, she is your national champion 🇺🇲🎖️I learned so so much in those rounds with her and the fire that she lit in me is a lot of the reason I don't have the time to update a ton any more. I am just so so proud 😁
