My comic from @very-sincerely-yours-zine !
This was a lovely little thing to hop into after finishing last Summer after The Beekeeper's Picnic.
I spent a while debating whether Mycroft Holmes is a jam first or a cream first kind of scone eater.

Awh guys
I'm staying at an old Austrian castle, it's the middle of the night... and I can finally catch up on Sherlock&Co.
Some thoughts on relationship dynamics and Sherlock and John. I'm using my favourite adaptation, Sherlock & Co., as my lens. And I admit it: I too am a Johnlock-shipper.
At times, an adaptation would commit to this kind of relationship dynamic; not open to interpretation, but clearly represented. It doesn't have to be dramatic or extraordinary... But it would be nice to have, I think.
However, there is one thing I absolutely adore in Sherlock & Co. The adaptation understands that love does not have to be romantic, and it does not have to be physical to be intimate and more than friendship. I like the term queer platonic, but sometimes, love does not need any label at all.
I think about this a lot because relationship dynamics baffle me sometimes. To be honest, while I do follow social rules regarding love, not all feel authentic to me.
For instance: I love my partner. I also love my best friend. I could see myself spending my life with both. But I do not feel romantic or physical attraction toward my best friend. I still love them both, just differently. And honestly, some of my closest relationships have never fit neatly into the simple category of “friendship.” We are each other’s witnesses to life. That means something, and it's meaningful enough.
The same goes for Sherlock and John as well. Their dynamic does not necessarily need romantic or physical affection, but they absolutely love each other. Maybe Sherlock is a little bit like me in this regard, and confuses these societal boundaries sometimes. And maybe he doesn't even have to worry about this with John.
I think, Mariana—the absolute queen—also is very entangled with them, but John is just Sherlock's person. Maybe they don't need a specific label for their love. And maybe they can just confidently and authentically enjoy it.
This made me laugh and kick my little feet.
my fav relationship ship dynamic is where it doesn't matter if you call it platonic or romantic or queerplatonic because they always act the same in every type of relationship. and the way they act? fucking weird.
Aww, that reminds me of my two favourites! The detective and the podcaster. 💚
I'm currently relistening to Silver Blaze because—let's be honest—things are getting too real too fast, and a thought came to mind.
Some fluffy headcanon ahead:
Holmes and Watson are “partners in crime” but only because they are gay in the Victorian era, which is a crime. That and I guess also because they hit a man with a chair and like trespassing and all that but it’s mostly the gay thing.
Facts ☝🏻😌
Spoiler (?) for the empty house part 2
i know all the sherlock & co enjoyers are freaking out over “tell john i love him” but i think we should talk more about woman of the hour mariana ametxazurra. i LOVE when it gets to be her turn on the detective action so so much. also i’m obsessed with “together or not at all” & it furthers my thought that the emotional core of this adventure is how much all three of them love each other.
Mariana, you are the absolute queen
A little thought I had
My little heart breaks once again (but I love this idea, the execution, and the art style!)

Hello to everyone inside—and outside of—my Tumblr bubble!
I have been absent for a while now, maybe a year or so. I'm not sure whether I want to overshare on here just yet, but it has been quite a time to live through and survive.
But I miss this space. I miss sharing, consuming and engaging with my two favourite boys... and with Mariana, Archy, and Graham of course!
Plagued with perfectionism and a bit of pressure, this is a way of reminding myself that I can just write, post, reblog and have fun here. And to everyone else: hello! What did I miss?
"...is this thing on?"
Hey, I missed out in buying them😭... Is there any possibly that you would be re-selling the pdfs?
Hi there! So sorry to hear that you missed our campaign. We'll most likely have a sale of a few leftover units after all our main orders are shipped out, so keep an eye out for that next year! As well, our PDF will go on sale at around the same time.
I have been following the project, but alas life got in the way and distracted me! I really hope I'm lucky this time... This is such an amazing project 💛
HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY SHERLOCK & CO!
In case you missed it, Joel Emery, writer and co-producer of the show, did an AMA over on reddit. He spent close to two hours answering every question! Below are screenshots of each question and his answer.
Enjoy!

Ahhh this makes me super happy!! I’ve tried drawing Sherlock a few times, and this is by far my favourite version I’ve managed. He really is just a little guy :]
Happy Sherlock Holmes Day!!!
These pictures are from our London trip last summer—one of my favourite trips ever!
Although I’m pretty sure ACD wouldn’t be too thrilled that Sherlock Holmes Day is celebrated on his birthday… so let’s say it loud: Happy Birthday, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle!
Fun fact: today is also my wedding anniversary—five years and counting! What a day to celebrate! 💖
