I'm not caught up with the Junjou manga - but I doubt this happened or will happen.

But, I'd love for there to be chapter where Tsumori makes a very obvious and deliberate move on Hiroki that Nowaki has to deal with (I'm hoping - in a jealousy infused rage). Tsumori has no intention of giving up and Nowaki has to make it clear that its unacceptable while trying to hold himself back and his image at the hospital. Tsumori seems like the manipulative type that could easily turn the entire workplace on Nowaki.

I just think that potentially Hiroki is who Tsumori is really after.
