Sweet and demure, the fawn-like boy reached a hand out to drift among the breeze, unaware of the shadow before him. Leaning into a shelf of branches and leaves- he could’ve considered himself trapped. Unruly hair bounced when a voice cut through comfortable silence, and he almost immediately jumped to his feet. Alas- -there was no way out of such a situation- with his hideout carved into a divine corner of trees and rock. Indeed he was startled; incredibly so, heart visibly racing, making his shirt bounce off of his chest in tiny waves.
hands raise to show he means no harm, resting upon the air for a few seconds before he lowers them once more. he stands where he had stopped his curious approach, STILL as a statue, the only movements he makes his very breathing. the wind, softly brushing his skin, sends a shiver down his spine; an involuntary movement he otherwise holds back on. ❛ don’t be scared. ❜ he w h i s p e r s, hoping the other can hear him. ❛ i mean no HARM, i swear. ❜
