💫 — takedown

“mm,” his head tilts back for a moment while he thinks, before he leans forward and rests his chin on jeongguk’s shoulder. “you pick. movies, food … or you teleport us to japan and we hit up tokyo disneyland?”
It’s kind of odd being balance on someone’s lap completely. He doesn’t usually sit on people simply because it’s kind of uncomfortable for both parties involved and he really isn’t that close enough with too many people--Yugyeom being an exception, of course. So having his balance completely off kilter and being completely dependent upon another person to not drop his ass on the floor is all sorts of weird.
“Listen, i already have other people nagging me over my unusual sleeping patterns, I don’t need my best friend doing it too.” after a few more frustrated seconds, he drops the remote onto his own lap, cupping it in between his thighs as he leans back into Yugyeom, body heat practically radiating. Jeongguk is still more than a little on edge, silently cursing himself for putting them both in this...kind of awkward, kind of nice, physical position, but he’s a little worried over why his heart seems to be beating a mile a minute. Maybe it’s just the proximity. He can probably count on one hand the times that they’ve been this close, the length of Yugyeom’s front completely pressed to his back. “Gyeom, if I could teleport us both places, don’t you think I would have long ago? I mean I could try right now, but you might end up without an arm and like, half your head.” Reaching back, he goes to pat Yugyeom’s head, but he miscalculates, and his fingers swoop into soft hair. “I quite like you whole.” Deciding to go with it, Jeongguk combs through the man’s hair carefully.
Struck with an idea, he shrugs, trying to play off everything as normal again as he tries to settle his hand back on his person, away from Yugyeom’s silky hair. “Let’s call it a date or something--let’s go grab some food.”
