i wanna make something clear: i'm agender. i'm within the trans umbrella. i've explored these woods and am familiar with it. i AM trans. people are calling me transphobic for this take. you know what's ACTUALLY transphobic? acting like you can decide other people's gender for them. acting like they're in a "phase". like people can't be gender-non-conforming. like your experience with gender is the only real one and other people are just in denial. i know ralsei's a fictional character. but drop the bullshit and stop acting like this shit doesn't happen IRL either. i've SEEN you do it. this isn't just some haha what if gaster was pirate shtick. this is behavior people have REGARDLESS of whether or not it's fictional. you can tell because NOBODY theorizes about susie being trans despite she calling herself a king and refusing every ounce of femininity possible (while ralsei has no problem acting masculine once in a while.) people are bringing their real-life assumptions and biases toward gender into the game and when they're called out on it they go "but it only a gaem!"

consider for a second that maybe ralsei wants to be a girl but doesnt think she deserves it. consider the difference in reaction to telling her its okay to be a princess or saying "nah bro." does ralsei saying she cna be a princess but only if its not a problem proof she doesnt want it, or does it indicated she doesnt think she CAN want anything for herself? if she didnt want to be a princess, why offer unprompted?

Deltarune desperately needs accessibility features because all games do but also I'm having the hardest time ever getting through Flowerys fight because it's making me dizzy. I have a headache forming rn

Some Deltarune fans are forgetting that Accessibility OPTIONS are supposed to be OPTIONS that are available FOR THE PEOPLE WHO NEED THEM instead of being imposed on everyone in a way that just makes people hate them

I don't know if I've said this before, but it's kind of crazy to me how deltarune doesn't have an easy mode in any capacity.

Like... With how difficult the main chapter bosses are getting you'd think a game with a gamer who can't properly use his hands anymore in charge of the development team would have a mode for gamers who can't properly use their hands, because after experiencing games that have good accessibility settings, I've begun seeing the glaring issues games that don't have them, and I've been internally figuring out different ways to make things easier in games.

It took me a day to beat chapter 4's final boss. That's not the entire chapter, that's just one boss.

And I think it took me about 3 days on and off to beat Chapter 5's final boss.

And the only reason I couldn't sit down and make attempt after attempt at it was because of how frustrating it was.

deltarune has some severe accessibility issues imo. as much as the game is incredibly polished and technically impressive imo it sucks if you dont have a monitor that runs at least 120hz because reaction time. and also its not forgiving at all for people with disabilities for inputs since its touhou hard
