That's what I call a parallel.
Hannibal / Fantastic Beasts: The secrets of Dumbledore.
Interviewer: "Grindelwald is one of the most dangerous wizards..."
Mads: "One of?"
Interviewer: "Grindelwald is the villain is this story"
Mads: "He wants to make the world a better place."
Interviewer: "Which spell would you use to make things fly?"
Mads: "I would use crucio for everything."
Interviewer: "Well, Grindelwald didn't finish school."
Mads: "It was not necessary."
Jessica: "I think Dumbledore kind of recruits her to help him deal with his bad ex."
Mads: *just smirks*
Jude:"They loved each other and then Grindelwalds ideas part from -"
Mads: "No! Your ideas part from mine!"
I'm sorry but Mads Mikkelsen IS Gellert Grindelwald
Radiates the same energy 🥺
(7 years apart) Imma just say Mads' role as Hannibal seems like a foreshadow all along cause he will be playing the same character except he was holding a knife before now he's holding a powerful wand but still very much in love with his ex-husband and his said ex-husband is still very much in love with his character and their lives are parallel to the stories of Achilles and Patroclus and Romeo and Juliet. Tragic stories that shows real life representation of disappoinment, pain and need separation, and plans of running away together...sadly, they failed and only through death they succeed. It's dark but it's real and it's poetic....
Dumbledore: Let me be straight with you
Grindelwald:
Grindelwald, smirks: Good luck with that
HOT PRIEST & FLEABAG — S02E03, Fleabag (2016-2019)
There are no more barriers to cross. All I have in common with the uncontrollable and the insane, the vicious and the evil, all the mayhem I have caused and my utter indifference toward it I have now surpassed. My pain is constant and sharp, and I do not hope for a better world for anyone. In fact, I want my pain to be inflicted on others. I want no one to escape. But even after admitting this, there is no catharsis; my punishment continues to elude me, and I gain no deeper knowledge of myself. No new knowledge can be extracted from my telling. This confession has meant nothing.
