Jean is the kind of person you can’t imagine any other way. She loves rhinestones and shoulder cut outs.

Always in a phase of redecorating, her latest living room is a jungle of animal print and fake plants. Not her first jungle theme- both her basement and her ex husband’s bedroom had the theme in the 2010’s. Jean’s ex husband, Leonard, died when I was 15. I didn’t know him before he lost it.

Anyways, I can only imagine how the tiger art and decorative stuffed anaconda must have looked like to a man dying from alcoholic dementia.

I’m a Gemini Sagittarius and this summer has been good to me.

One thing Jane would want you to know first and foremost is that she is not afraid of death. She died once in her early 20’s and has not worried about dying since. She is practical, and very insistent that plans unfold correctly.

She woke me up one morning exclaiming, “I thought of something in the night!”. She had been waiting to tell me a new plan for the day so that we could make it to the sketchers outlet before I went back home to Colorado. A pressing matter. One that she sat with, and figured out. I am always touched at the care that she shows in her planning and consideration.
