What are your ideas to grow this blog?

We have a decent following by now, but the growth has stagnated and tragically of all our followers, only a small portion actually interacts with the posts we share - so those OCs don't get the amount of attention I wish they did!

With more people supporting the blog we could get more submissions, more notes for original works, and overall a nicer experience sharing our characters on this platform... but how?
