I really can't take a lot of the Bruce Wayne's critiques I see seriously at all when they're all either

1; written in extremely bad faith to the point they're clearly twisting the source material to fit another narrative,

i think the reason why mutants are hated and killed but enhanced humans, magic users, aliens, etc aren't is the same reason brown and black people's culture and appearance and communities are mocked and villainized but spray tan, and big lips and wide hips, and street ware, and traditional clothing and fashion is all very trendy and loved

I also love how this volume focuses a lot on Cale's role as a guardian to the kids he had taken under his wing as well. From how he was thinking about On's admission into an academy since she was already 13, to thinking about helping Hong grow stronger, and also protecting Raon from a prophecy left behind by an eccentric dragon. And finally how he is helping Lock find his own path while transitioning from boyhood to adulthood but also reassuring him that he will always support him.....Cale you are truly the parent ever

If he was 17 when he first transported into this world, then spend let's say 100 yrs in the forest, hemade the deal after 2 yrs of meeting cale, and he said he matched his lifespan to raons, basically till 1000 (technical 1000-6, since raon was 6 at the time so )

So then after calculating 1/3 of his life would be around 1,113 yrs maybe more cause we don't know how long choi han was in the forest

And the og lifespan would be 2/3rds more

Godamn tho

But who knows maybe 2/3rds isn't even a accurate measurement
