So You Want To Get Published.
Iâm keeping this for anytime someone wants to know how you get published. Iâll just whip this out and hand it to them instead of correcting their assumptions that I approached editors directly with my manuscript like people do in movies.
This is how writing/revising/publishing actually happens.Â
Yeah like everyone was asking me how I did stuff and I should have just shown them this chart, aahaha!
I have to develop a new weapon, any tips?
Not so long ago, I wrote a few tips about creating fantasy weapons. It might help you out somewhat as it deals with making weapons from scratch.
Important things to consider when creating a weapon: who is going to be using the weapon, what the weapon does and what the weapon needs to work. The setting of your story will play a big part in deciding what materials you can use to create these new weapons as well as what kind of weapons are acceptable/commonplace.
A useful thing to do though would be to brush up on your knowledge of the weapons we have in our world. It can give you some much needed inspiration and realism for creating your own devastating devices.
Best of luck!

The human body is fascinating
I keep telling people this shit in real life and they donât believe me. Iâve seen it from multiple sources, and this just adds another (albeit usually unreliable) source. This is actually legit, guys. Â This is how your eyes move when youâre thinking about something. Â Itâs actually a good way to tell if someone is lying or not, because theyâll look to their left (your right, durr) when theyâre constructing false memories, and to their right when theyâre actually remembering them.
HOLY CRAP. SAVING THIS FOR FUTURE REF.

Characteristics of the âBad Guyâ Antagonist
A few footnotes:
1. This list is meant to characterize an âevilâ antagonist - some antagonists are perfectly decent people, and some are not even people.
2. Can also be used as a general flaws list that pertains to any character.
3. I wrote the list with masculine pronouns because English is hard, but all of these can apply to characters of any gender.
4. The four categories are just conceptual, for thought organization. Characterize freely.
Fun writing exercise c:
Roll a d100Â three times and record the result (I like to use Random.org :p)
Compare the results to the chart above, write them down
These are the flaws of your PROTAGONIST. Write a story from their point of view without branding them as âevilâ.
Have fun~
