so i’m trying to work on myself and be a better me. only i’m really struggling to shut everything down in my head and take the break that i know i need.

i can’t keep up a routine or stay focused. they only way i might be able to is to turn everything off but then friends and family need you and want to keep in touch.

idk what is best for me to do but something needs to change and idk who to talk to.....
