Biography
Unlike some of the other Elementals, he grew up in a community filled with them. These weren’t the usual beings that people in Castor got to know and love. Training and harnessing their elements had been the primary objective for the younger generations as they came. Each child was put to the test in pre-adolescence, helping people in their village realize whether or not they were capable of handling what Maya had bestowed upon them at birth.
Not every child would have the same ability, especially if the children came from mixed elements. Elio’s family had the problem with being rare, and the stronger the child was, the harder it would be for them to control it when it came to their element. Ice Elementals had a tendency to create blizzards during their adolescence, nearly destroying everything around them. With Elio, though, it didn’t happen. He was calm almost the majority of the time and had only created one small snowfall while he was feeling depressed over another elemental who didn’t feel the same for him. The Falco family got it easy.
But, when things are at their best, Fate always found a way to ruin everything. Hunters found out about this village, taking it upon themselves to destroy all of them. Within moments, his village was set ablaze while they dragged women and children out of their homes. Him and his siblings, as well as some of the other elementals old enough to fight back, started to try and take them down. But, because of his ability not being as up to par as others, he ended up being the weak link. Hearing the screams and torment of his friends and family, Elio ran and hid until the hunters thought the elementals were all taken down. Shame riddled Elio and he took off, not wanting to go back and help anyone. It was selfish, and that alone caused a raging storm to build within Elio.
Elio became quite the nomad, though it was a struggle he felt he deserved. As he spent this time alone, he developed a sense of hatred for those hunters all the while realizing he must avenge the death of his family and his village. For decades he fought and took down these people, creating one massive storm when he realized the hunters had gotten away from him when they were right in his grasp. Vengeance became strong, roaming the entire planet to find them. Once again, he came up empty handed. He needed resources, and he knew where to get it.
Just as he was going to head to Maya, he came across an Elemental he had become friends with who talked about a war in Castor. Yes, he heard about that, but he never thought he’d be needing to go there to help. Once he got there, though, he saw why. The tension was thick in the air and he found every reason to join Castor’s side. When the war was won, he was about to take off until his friend that brought him there told him about a resource he could most definitely use to find those hunters. A contract was signed, letting Elio use their technology and connections to find who he was looking for…but also working for them.
Each mission was grueling after the next, but he needed something other than just the hunting. Sometimes the world was slow and he would have no cash-flow. Easily opening up an Ice Bar in Highton on the Immortal Strip, he found his business flourished after the war. Now with his business taking over his free time when Phoenix was slow, he slowly began to lose that vengeance he once felt. But, every so often, all of that would come rushing back and he would end up needing those resources all over again. Maybe, just maybe, he’ll be able to find those bastards who took all of what he knew away from him with smiles on their faces.

Alexei: With these two working for Phoenix, Elio has made sure to get to know the man. It wasn’t easy, really, since the man was unbearably sarcastic, but the Elemental got through to him. They both end up being incredibly witty but respect each other’s tactics when it comes to taking down their targets. They don’t work on assignments together, but who knows with how slow things have been…?
Adah: It’s incredibly hard to not be friends with Adah, especially with how sweet and accepting she is. Elio feels that the angel’s personality is just like his mother’s, making it easy for him to confide in her whenever he feels homesick. He does love to drink iced tea with her and knows to bring a small winter to her home when it gets too hot in the summer.
Zeke: To Elio, the young Elemental reminds him a lot of Helix, the notorious Fire Elemental. He can see how they’re father and son. The thing is, he knows that Zeke must’ve had some sort of hand in bringing in the Cirque members that have been rumored to be hunted. If possible, he might just ask Zeke more details as to what happened and maybe get a mission to take those bastards down.
Maia: The first time the Ice Elemental had laid eyes on the waitress, he knew what she was and it intrigued him. He never spent much time with Earth Elementals due to what he was, but plants and animals did bring a smile to his face. Besides, they both had a connection to the most powerful woman in the world. Maybe he might invite her to his bar, but who knows if she’d go along with that. If not, he would be more than willing to spend time with her outside of his bar and in her own element.
Vincent: There is nothing more intriguing to Elio than Ice, so it was no surprise that he instantly sought out the newest civilian in Castor who shared his element. He has yet to speak with him, but has thought of ways to truly introduce himself and offer up the bar as a place for the Demon to spend his leisure time with no extra cost. Even if he doesn’t accept, Elio will be sure to keep the offer on the table.
Acadia: Fire was Ice’s nemesis, so there was no real joke when he warned her not to come into Artico. It wasn’t because he didn’t enjoy her company, but because he didn’t want to end up rebuilding his bar nor freezing her just to keep it in tact. One day, though, he knows she’ll come in but he hopes that day will be when he’s around and not on a mission. Too much money went into Artico and he’d rather not have to shut it down just to refreeze everything.
Elio was off from Phoenix and Artico today, so he was looking forward to a day he could just spend out and about. He already slept in, but he was more than excited to see someone in particular. Just, not right now. He’d wait. Going into Juice!, he thought of what drink he wanted and would definitely encourage them to give him extra-extra ice. “It’s a great day, isn’t it?” He asked the person nearest him, giving them a bright smile to show off his snow-white teeth.

“Wow. Very alpha of you,” she said, smirking lightly before jolting slightly as she lost her balance. She gripped-clung to Elio tightly for a moment as she stopped suddenly, trying to find her footing again before letting either of them move again. “Ugh,” she said in frustration over the slippery ice. Shaking her head with a huff, she tried to focus back on the conversation. “Not surprised to hear that. He’s literally just a baby. I think he only just turned twenty-one? He’s practically still potty training.”
“Very much Alpha. I would’ve made a great wolf.” He said with another chuckle, feeling her gripping to him more when she faltered. Looking to her when she caused them to stop, he smiled to her and gripped to her sides just a bit more to show he wasn’t going to let go of her. “It’s alright. It’ll get easier as we keep doing this.” He reassured her, enjoying the fact that she was losing herself in the conversation between the two of them. “I...wow. He’s young. I didn’t expect that. Maybe we should show him a few tricks? It’ll help him learning from more than just one, you know?”

She unconsciously pulled herself a little closer to Elio as he picked up speed, feeling her balance waver for a few moments as she tried to adjust to their new speed. “Oh, really? Did he make you cry?” she teased him, letting herself get sucked up into the conversation. “Zeke? Oh, yeah. He’s harmless, like a puppy. He likes to nip at ankles, but all he wants is cuddles and pets,” she said with a dismissive roll of her eyes. “He’s the baby of our group.”
“Oh yeah, I cried like a little bitch.” He said, laughing softly as he took in her jokes. He could tell she was trying to adjust and lose herself in the conversation. It was the best advice he could give her since he knew she needed to relax just a bit and let her body adjust. Overthinking anything like this could cause what happened to her earlier. “The baby? I can see that. I don’t think he knows how to change his body temperature yet. He was still a bit cold after I took my breeze away.”

She cursed lightly in her native tongue, feeling her feet wobbling even more now that they were moving. Repeating over and over in her mind to not look down, not even just for a second. Looking around them as Elio moved them slowly, her grip stayed tight on his shoulders. “Yeah, faster,” she said with a firm nod, looking back to him and trying to ready herself for the increased speed.
Once he began to pick up speed, he smiled at her and figured that distracting her a bit so she would at least relax a bit. “So one of the guys from your Cirque place melted my ice cream the other day.” He told her, laughing softly and shaking his head a bit. “Zeke, I think that was his name. He’s harmless but I did make him cold after he did it. I really liked that ice cream.”

“I do. Except for in ice,” she muttered, huffing lightly in mild irritation over the ice. Maia had been about to look down at her feet once more when Elio gave her that warning and her eyes shot back up to his face. Letting her knees close, Maia gripped his shoulders tightly as she forced her feet to steady themselves out. “I think that’s going to be the best I can do. I want to move,” she said, meeting his gaze again with determination in her eyes.
Feeling her grip, he smiled as she started to feel a bit steadier in his grasp. “That’s good. Keep it up. Alright, I’m going to start moving backwards and I’ll pull you just a bit.” Starting to move backwards, he went at a snail’s pace but it was enough for her to get her footing if she needed a bit more time. “Want me to go faster?” He asked, still keeping his original pace while waiting for her to give him the go ahead.

“Sure, sure,” she said with a small smirk, her hands gripping to his when he suddenly starting moving backwards. She looked down and saw the new patch of ice under them, feeling her feet start to wobble slightly. “Hey, watch where you’re holding there,” she warned him playfully, winking back at him as he held her hips. “Alright, how should I move on these things without falling on my perfect ass?”
“How? Think as if you’re walking on heels. You walk in those perfectly. Think of how you balance yourself with those.” He said with a nod, still keeping her close. “Also, don’t look down. Look at me. If your knees close together, that’s fine. It’ll help you gain some balance.” Elio just stood there, his hands staying on her despite the playful threat. He knew she didn’t mean it, especially since he held her not that long ago when she was upset. “Once you feel you’re stable, I’ll help you move forward.”

“What? Nah, not me. I was comfy,” he said with a shake of his head, his voice sounding less shaky now that it wasn’t as cold. It seemed like the elemental had stopped the ice-cold breeze from around him and he was grateful for that. But he did make a mental note to ask his father to teach him the body heating trick. Just in case. “Yeah, I am. I’m Zeke,” he said, reaching out and shaking Elio’s hand. Unlike Helix, Zeke was a much friendlier elemental and didn’t mind making introductions or meeting anyone new.
Shaking the young elemental’s hand, he could feel the heat and he winced slightly but he smiled after. “It’s okay if you got cold, Zeke. It was meant to make you cold.” He said, nodding once while taking his hand back and letting ice grow on it so he could cool it off. “So you’re one of those Cirque people, right? You doing alright here?” He asked, tossing his cone into the trash since it was soggy from the melted ice cream. As he realized that the Fire elemental had actually cold during the breeze, he wondered if the other knew how to control his body temperature. “What else can you do with your fire, Zeke?”

She looked up at him, seeing his hands reaching out before looking to the ice rink. Maia could be stubborn when she felt like it and there was no way she was going to let a hunk of frozen water beat her. “You trying to butter me up?” she said finally, looking back to him as she took his hands and pulled herself up.
“Maybe, but mostly I want to help you.” He said winking at her before starting to walk backwards while his boots started to form ice blades. “Alright, first, let’s teach you some balance on the blades.” Soon enough, there was a small spot of ice underneath them while he moved so his hands were right above her hips so he could keep her steady. “Let’s try on this first. I can make a pile of snow so you don’t hurt yourself. Balance is the main trick to ice skating.”
Missions // Alexei & Elio

An eyebrow raised sharply as he reached out, so as fingers could grab onto the file. Eyes immediately started to scan the words written, as he listened to the other. He’d reached the name just in time for Elio to utter it aloud, and of course, it resulted in the Werewolf burst out in laughter. “Whatever it is, this guy’s my new idol. Do you reckon he has Instagram? I want to see what he looks like. If he doesn’t take up the opportunity to dress the part, I’ll be pretty disappointed.” He spoke as he handed the file back. “Oh, I know. But I like a man who’s dedicated to their own petty causes. You know they’re loyal.”
“This guy sounds like a complete idiot. He’s your new idol, but to me, he’s a loon.” He laughed just as hard as Alexei did, not being able to help himself with the craziness that this new “villain” had to offer. “If he has a fucking instagram, I’m going to spam the shit out of him with gross porn. He deserves it. Dedicated or not, he’s a douchebag.” Gesturing to the file after letting out another bout of laughter, he looked to his fellow Bounty Hunter and smirked. “Want to find Vibroraptor with me? See if he’s all he’s cracked up to be? I’m allowed one partner on this mission since they need two of us to take him down. Not sure if it requires one of us going undercover or not, but I’m sure you wouldn’t mind wearing a dress, right? Just in case?”
Missions // Alexei & Elio

Having already completed one of his many missions, Alexei sauntered into the Headquarters, weapons on hand. He’d managed to catch what the other was saying just in time, as a large grin caused the corners of his eyes to crinkle. “Think of yourself as the anti-Santa. Instead of giving, you’re taking.” He’d shrugged, plopping himself down to sit, with an exasperated sigh. Feet rose to rest upon the desk, hands draped idly upon his stomach. “Who doesn’t do that? You can’t send a message with a name like ‘Steve’. Might as well go villainous.”
Rolling his eyes at Alexei’s comment, Elio snickered and held up the file for Alexei to read. “Yeah, anti-Santa who wants to beat the shit out of this guy for using a shitty name. Nothing against Villains or anything. I love them, just like any self-respecting asshole, but this...” He pointed at the name on the file, shaking his head in mock shame. “He calls himself the ‘Vibroraptor’. Like, does he use a vibrator that’s got a raptor on it? What the fuck is that.” Raising a brow at the file, he grimaced at the idea of this guy existing. “I mean, he seems like one of those douchebags who goes by their villain name and won’t answer to any other name but that. Like, ‘Hey, Frank, wanna-’ and the asshole’s all, ‘That’s not my name.’ You know?”
