Sounds like a skill issue to be honest, then again, he's a damn monster in combat, even if it is training. Heard he almost shattered the skull of another agent in a spar, not sure if that's true though.
It is a skill issue, yeah, I'll take that loss, but also I'm not entirely disconvinced that man isn't a spartan cause what?? If that's a rumor, it's an insane rumor, but I haven't heard anything about it so far, so hopefully that's all it is
