I remember the only injuries in high school were to hands and arms during the Archery unit. It just seems suspicious. And, I just take notes, really. “Huh. My week’s been goin’ great, actually.” Clint grinned at her, an easy thing from too many years of lying and playing with people. “Shoulder’s pretty much healed, got cleared for duty, met an old friend, shot myself in the foot with an arrow by accident.” He threw a thumb’s up.

The way that Clint grinned at her was easy enough to count as a tick. That little tell that showed that he was lying yet, she did little more than take note of it. "Shot yourself in the foot on accident, with an arrow? How long ago was that?"
