Thus one us going to be very interesting for myself, because this will be my first plot driven ask blog, rather than just roleplay... (but, if you want to, we can try it too!)
In basic, it's an infection AU of my own creation, that is based on agere dynamics.
For warnings here are : Infection AU (obviously), lowkey forced regression, maybe slight body horror (but nothing too bad), unhealthy behaviors... and some agere/childish treatments/behaviors that not everyone might be comfortable with (diapers, babying, so on). If there'll be any triggers, I didn't mention, let me know! :)
This entire AU is inspired by ones of my friends, Lunar and Nightshade, with Ageretale and Flowerfell flower disease, respectively. And, as U said, this is an infection AU with Undertale Multiverse, also known as UTMV. Main characters will be Sanses and Papyruses, but feel free to ask them about situations in their respective AU's!

As I'm finishing up the character sheets, here's the list of who will be present here! (Currently working on character sheets, also warning, will be using Gacha for most of the posts) :

Also, still have no idea how to make character stats, so will mainly do the character designs, if they're infected or not, infection stage and preferred pronouns.
