so “cglre” or "cgl regression" is a caregiver and little dynamic that specifically involves age regression. this is the term that is used in the agere community because it is specific to the act of regression and separate from k*nk usage.

“cgl” is a caregiver and little dynamic that does NOT exclusively involve age regression (i.e dynamics that exist in k*nk or s*xual use)

that's how it's always been explained to me :) so obviously I don't want any k*nk interactions or anything of that nature hence why it's in my dni.

I'm in no means an authority on terms or anything like that though, this is just always how I've understood it!!!! :)
