Whipped Instant Coffee

It’s the creamiest iced coffee drink I’ve ever had, I i even used it to frost a cake too

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons instant coffee or espresso

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons hot water

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract *optional

1 cup milk

1 - Combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water, and vanilla in a small bowl. Use a mixer to whip the mixture for a minute or two until it becomes thickened and light in color.

2 - Pour ice and milk into a cup, and top with the whipped coffee mixture. Add more milk, creamer, and/or sweetener as desired.

WHIPPED NUTELLA DRINK

INGREDIENTS

1 spoonful of Nutella

1/3 cup of heavy cream

Milk

Ice

1 - Combine a heaping spoonful of Nutella with 1/3 cups of heavy cream into a bowl.

2 - Blend the Nutella and heavy cream with a hand mixer or electric mixer until fluffy.

3 - Fill a glass halfway with ice and milk and top with the whipped Nutella to fill the remainder of the glass. Enjoy!

I've been biting my nails for as long as I can remember. Keeping up regular manicures helped, but lately I’ve been getting fewer manicures and my biting is back in full force.
