So, our Lung is on fire.

It is already threatened by huge deforestation, to the point it lost 20% of its wildth in less than 30 years.

It’s been burning for around two weeks and almost no word has been uttered about it. I, sincerely, have come to find out about it just now. I’m shooketh ™️ because we’re really burning away this planet.

The Amazon Rainforest holds 20% of global waters, it’s an area of incredible value in termns of biodiversity and, nevermind, it’s a crucial climate regulator. Spread awareness, demand help.

How did you discover your artistic style of drawing? I suppose, in other words, when did you realize you preferred one style of doodling over another? Did you just keep practicing until you finally were comfortable with it? I'd like to try and illustrate more, but I'm unsure of how to start...Thanks!

It was precisely that! Drawing a lot in ways you feel comfortable, while also keeping in mind the aesthetic value... y’know, make it look nice! To that end you gotta look at stuff you like and deconstruct it. What makes this particular design or style so appealing. The way they abstract the eyes, how it simplifies anatomy, or how the hair is drawn. Of course this doesn’t mean to make a collage of like three different art styles you like and Frankenstein’s monster it into an incohesive drawing, it’s more of blending them together nicely with your own personal touch on top of it all. I hope something from all of this makes sense and helps you! Oh and try not to worry to much about it or think you depend on having a style, it is always going to be evolving as you consume more stuff and learn, or vary depending on the artwork your doing and its tone or intention.
