Btw what I meant by the was meant to represent the wider fandom and how it was received. Not that I don't call him Rudy, I definitely do. Not maliciously and not nearly in the same way that you might commonly think of as deadnaming but I do. Kinda why I refrain from calling him Robot because it doesn't feel representative of his personality as a whole so much as it does the image he was projecting at the time.

So little of an offense that I kind of liked that he took Rex's name. The timing was not good but in my eyes it informs more about his character and just implies a lot about how he felt about Rex. (Puts my hand lovingly on my wall of red string.) A far cry from the line in the sand- the line in the sand is imaginary at this point, imagined by me in another universe where I am normal. He's complex dude capable of vile things and yet. I like him. Despite all conceivable odds.
