A Dutch sailor who was well known in Sneek's quayside bars for telling tremendous yarn about islands inhabited by friendly monsters, somewhere far far north.

After I've sold almost all my portraits on Thursday (Woohoo!) I framed lots of new ones. I'm super happy with the new arrangement! The large one in the center is my favourite - a wooden frame from 1900.

I recorded the illustration process of sailor Bludowski & made this little video.

I always work in photoshop only: using shapes at the beginning, shading with standart brushes & finish with textures I scanned myself (like coffee stains or paper). 2,5 hours in 2,5 minutes. The song is from freemusicarchive.org
