I have a theory

Sir David Attenborough has, over the last 64 years of his BBC career, produced something like 531.4 hours of television. This does not include his time making podcasts, radio broadcasts, or reading his own autobiographies as audiobooks.

Of these hours, let’s say he has spent about 350–400 hours talking. Being generous, given his slow rate of speech, we could say about 60 words per minute. That brings us to at least 21,000 words (most of which are admittedly probably conjunctions and articles), covering what must reasonably be considered the vast majority of words relevant to natural history documentaries.

Speech generation algorithms are definitely good enough to fill the gaps where words are missing from the database by generating new words in his voice. 

So, theoretically, it should be possible to digitalize his voice, and produce Attenborough documentaries in perpetuity, even after the legend himself has passed.
