Do you know what I love? How closely nature is linked with mentality. A walk in the woods can calm anxiety, sitting and dropping stones into a lake can ease anger, even taking time to pot some plants and look after them can keep my mind occupied from dissociation. It’s like the earth is the oldest psychiatrist of all, and it is always there to talk to, giving me a constant free prescription. Isn’t that beautiful
always remember that love will always come back to u. in a different form, different person, different hobby, different touch. but in any way, love will always come back.
It will be your time soon. Have patience.
A letter to myself,
Take a shower. Wash away all your negative thoughts. Eat a full meal and drink a full glass of water. Put on a clean change of clothes. You’re ready for today and whatever comes your way. Please take care of yourself.
Sometimes we meet someone and are with them for a short time, yet somehow we write about them forever.

being born in the 90s is really weird and cool because we were the first generation to be introduced to technology but we still had a childhood playing outside on our bicycles like my whole street used to be filled with kids doing kart wheels and playing together and i know i sound like a grandma like i love internet and iphones but idk when i look at my niece i think we were the last
things i like
being alone
doing things on my own
keeping things to myself
being by myself
no one knowing anything about me
Does anyone ever look to their mother and suddenly get a sinking feeling like “what would I ever do without you and your love?”
I dont know what i would do without my mother.
