So far

Well I crashed a little on the days i worked 8 hour shifts but yesterday and the day before I got back into it. The plan for today is a little off for the reason that i am going to dinner with my friend in the evening.lbut other than that there is no reason not to eat healthy all day. We will be having a picnic of lots of good fruits and veggies all day before dinner.. I intend on keeping my calorie count low so that I can fit in dinner.n I also intend on doing Jillian michaels 30 day shred level two day 10 tonight and completing it.n I find i work better when i focus on it day by day
