Got access to Netflix for the first time in a while at my uncle’s place. Watched a Mike Flanagan movie instead of literally anything else. Flanagan’s the most milquetoast neutered throughline inoffensive characters basic conventions hotdog water ass writer/director in the horror genre. The line between him and James Wan is so blurred that they create nearly synonymous productions in styling storytelling creature/ghoul design and typecasting

This one is from last summer and is the quilt that dragged me back into quilting. Its my neighborhood cats quilt and it's made from all stash fabrics. I originally wanted to make a quilt covered in houses but then illustration brain took over and I started wondering how I could tell a story. My math was way off in every way possible (its was supposed to be for a queen sized bed and ended up super long somehow) and my binding is wonky but its a good blanket anyways.
