Yesterday I doodled Pynch swapping hairstyles :D It was supposed to be a silly little comic where Ronan dreams about this scenario and Adam tells him he still looks good no matter what... but I gave up halfway, so this is all I have to share!

I learned that comics are in fact very, very hard to draw and I hope to do more in the future so I can get better at it

Cheza and the wolves.

As the year comes to a close I've been thinking about my art and my goals. One of which is to become more confident painting environments with subjects in it, so this setting inspired by the lullaby scene was perfect and a good excuse to include Blue with the group! While painting I also kept myself from using any layer modes until the end to make sure I was very intentional with my values and color palette choices

I wanted to share a version that I modified according to some feedback I received about the type of brush and the way he’s brushing her hair.

As a black person myself, I drew this piece hoping that other black folks would relate to it so it’s very important to me that every detail is just right.
