Since I was told to keep my mouth shut, now you will all hear the truth. last week I sat w/ MFL [majority floor leader Nepatali Gonzales] & asked him to tell me the truth. I started by saying; I am tired of fighting to death. I go to every single interview and do what I can to get this bill passed. So I pleaded w/ him to please tell me the truth. Well, this is what he told me “wala na yan. Forget the RHBILL. If ever baka 16th congress nalang, We can just repackage it.”
I was flabbergasted and said so why are you leading Manong Edcel along? Why are you saying something diff in front of Speaker Belmonte? I can’t accept this!!!! So this is what enraged me and I kept this to myself for a few days but decided yesterday that I couldnt handle this kind of blatant politicking anymore. No way will I keep quiet. We were all being brought for a “ride” by such trapo style politics. So there, the truth is out. So if there is change that has to happen w/ regards to politics so be it. I know that I am supposed to play ball but I can’t live w/ myself I can’t live with myself if I just become one of the many that will just accept things as they are.
If this means that I should not be a member of the HOR, ok lang sa akin. I would rather not be a Rep than be there and be a part of a big LIE! How dare him tell me in public “if I were her I would keep my mouth shut”. I don’t take threats like this lightly. Now, I am at peace.
SO THERE YOU HAVE IT, Ladies and Gentlemen. Your public servants have once again served themselves and set the PH back once again on the path of remaining poor, ignorant, and at the mercy of the Catholic Mafia. The Church and Politics has poisoned this country since the times of RIzal.
