if any tarot readers are seeing this: do you prefer to cleanse and charge your deck once in a while? what’s your fav way to do it?

every time i start getting a certain connection with my decks i start sensing some energy when i hold them in my hands. at the beginning it’s clean and refreshing, some time later it gets heavier. i ask the decks whether i should clean them, but it never works properly and the energy i’m picking up stays heavy, the spreadings get more off… maybe i should cleanse my own mind more? even though I already do

p.s. some lady once said you should cleanse them with salt… i gave it a try but the energy i felt later was sooo weird??? not bad, just.. weird??? i try to treat my deck like a person so i think it DIDN’T like that hahah

I think Witchblr would be a much happier place if more witches would simply accept and understand that others practice differently.

What's important to you may not be so to another. What you think is necessary for your practice, another may not think is necessary for theirs. You use one thing, somebody else uses another. You follow one direction, others follow the opposite. You include something, others disregard it. Not everybody will be receptive to your education and/or recommendations, because they simply don't apply to them.

And it's nothing personal. It's not anything against you. It's just the way it is that people are different, and you can't expect everybody to be the same.
