that show ran like the company planned to pull the plug 1-2 seasons in, and then forgot to so

it was like everyone involved was given no direction except that it was a show about King Julien and that it should vaguely fit within Netflix’s PG rated standards but even then they got away with a lot.

All Hail King Julien was a fever dream. The Mort Lore™️ video did not help in alleviating that feeling

They got away with so much it was crazy, I don’t know what the writers were on but it definitely wasn’t just a drug, It really was a fever dream, I’m honestly surprised they kept the pg label as many times as they killed Julien and had a 50+ year old Mort hit on somewhere around 19 year old Julien, oh does anyone else remember that song about how the world likes stupid so if you’re smart you should hide it?
