Hi! The name is Alias, you can call me Starz too, I go by both of them, i'll post on tumblr and instagram (insta user is same as tumblr). I am an artist (paper & digitally) who is also a theater kid, I'll update weekly, Im open for silly Q&A or art requests! Please ask first if you want to use my art (an exemple: a pfp). Any tips for Oil pastel?

I'm trying to learn how to do oil pastel drawings but lowkey I don't know where to start.. Because I've just been free balling it

old art is a jumpscare but at the same time proud on how far you achieved.

I am proud on how far i've conquered in the last 4 years now and frequently i am still learning to develop. it still gives me a little weird cringey feeling when ever i look back at my old sketchbooks, tbh they were just notebooks i just draw

my top favorites (for now) are Nerdy prudes must die and The guy who didn't like musicals.

Nerdy prudes must die was the first, i really liked it since i could always find a little something to relate to in every character expect max and it was fun to see anime references out there since i've taken like a huge break from it and overall it was very peak to watch!

And then there is The guy who didn't like musicals, boy, do i love paul matthews, paul is my silly guy, i like him very much. there is of course Bill and Ted with their little dynamic and the playonic relationship of bill and paul.

side note i've been working more on drawing my characters intro cards and i still have 3 characters to complete, so yeah reason to why i have not posted

do people just randomly achieve an amazing style or other, and the second you try to recreate it, all that power is gone. Because that happend to me with art, because wdym i made this goober that isnt even the main idea of the drawing (yes my pfp)

BUT, when i actually try to do the same on the main idea, it flops, multiple times. At this point knonor ate the budjet
