Sexy Lingerie in Syria
F1 and Lingerie
Tamara Ecclestone- the daughter of F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone and also the daughter of a former Croatian model. Clearly, she genes to be the new model for a major lingerie brand. Previously, Kelly Brook, Melanie Brown, Jade Ewen, Claudine Keane, and Danielle Lloyd have also been the representative models for this brand of lingerie. So here you go, the newest lingerie supermodel.
Jessica Lowndes Has a Lingerie Addiction
The actress claims to have a 'lingerie addiction' – going by her most recent photo’s, its an addiction everyone can appreciate.
The twenty two year old, who is best known for her role as Adrianna Tate-Duncan on the series 90201, previously posed in lingerie in the July issue of FHM.
She told Australia’s Telegraph:  'I have a lingerie addiction, so walking in to see all this underwear laid out is like walking into lingerie heaven, it’s great.'
'I have three drawers full of lingerie at home and I have already been lingerie shopping in London even though I should be going out and buying more practical clothes.
'I just can’t help myself, it makes me feel pretty and sexy.'
'Mind you, the last two years I have ended up in the UK. I just can’t get enough.'
'I’ve been to Bristol and Windsor and my friends have taken me to lot of different places in London, but I want to do more. I want to explore places like Edinburgh.
Dennis Rodman Likes Lingerie Too
This past week, former NBA star Dennis Rodman celebrated his fiftieth birthday at The AXE lounge in the Hamptons, Long Island. Being Denise Rodman, he also was sporting a bright pink camisole that night. In the past, he has worn everything from wedding dresses and of course, lingerie.
Surprisingly, this isn’t his first 50th birthday celebration, as the NBA star has been celebrating since last month with a series of parties. Certainly not a bad way to celebrate a milestone birthday. Questionable taste in clothing, though.
Rodman is a Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame 2011 inductee. He will also formally be inducted into the national Basketball Hall of Fame this coming August.
According to the New York Times, Rodman will include many celebrities at the induction ceremony, including Steven Tyler, Jay Leno and Hulk Hogan. Rodman told the times, “I’m not going to go up there and be a dictator, or a congressman. I’m just going to go up there and say what’s on my mind. I might even color my hair again.”
The eclectic star has had many successes over his fourteen year career, including being a member of five NBA championship teams between the Chicago Bulls and Detroit Pistons.
UK: Retailers Agree to Separate Sexy Lingerie
UK clothing retailers have made a lot of concessions to concerned parents and customers this week. They have agreed to promise to stop selling inappropriate underwear aimed at children under twelve, especially lacy, revealing, or black underwear. They’ve also agreed to cut back on selling high heeled shoes and inappropriate t-shirt slogans aimed at the same age group.
In a nutshell, retailers simply promised to stop presenting children with the option of adult clothing in their stores. Their solution? Create separate adult sections, for lingerie and provocative marketing, in an effort to stop the sexualization of children.
Jane Bevis, director of public affairs at the British Retail Consortium, told the UK’s Telegraph:
"We know, for instance, the top floor of Selfridges has some fairly racy lingerie. Now you wouldn't – and they don't – to have that situated next door to the department selling girls' knickers. “
"We know in practice not all stores have an ideal layout, but this is something retailers should aim for."
Retailers have also taken steps to ensure that their websites also hide racy marketing or clothing from children. According to Ms. Bevis, "Often parents sit down with their children at the computer to research the child's first bra. We don't want people when they are searching for a first bra to be bombarded with suggestions which might be inappropriate.”
Saudi King Bans Men From Selling Lingerie
While Saudi Arabia isn’t the first place you’d think of as a proponent of Women’s Rights, King Abdullah has issued a decree banning men from working in lingerie shops. As mentioned earlier in this blog, Saudi Women had previously been banned from working in lingerie stores, which made women uncomfortable among the all-male staff.
The Saudi Labor ministry and religious authority were responsible for the ban on women employees, where the issue was brought to their attention by Saudi protestors over three years ago.
The decree was also issued by the king as an effort to reduce female unemployment, which has hit a record high of thirty percent.
Saudi Women in the past have claimed they faced embarrassment when dealing with the male salesmen, and would have appreciated female employees. The founder of a Facebook group “Enough Embarrassment,” Fatima Garub, is happy with the kings decision. She told the UK’s Daily Mail:
“From now, embarrassment will end. We thank the king who felt our problem and took the decision that we have been waiting for a long time.”
Previously, the group urged women to boycott shops with male-only staff. They claimed they shouldn’t have to give their measurements to only men, because it is a contradiction of Islamic Law. Saudi Islamic Scholars also agreed with the Boycott.

Lindsay Lohan’s New Lingerie Art Film
While she’s currently serving a thirty five day house arrest sentence, actress Lindsay Lohan has managed to star in a seductivley shot art film before her incarceration.
The ninety second short film, aptly named “Lindsay Lohan,” was directed by the famous painter Richard Phillips and is expected to debut at the Venice Biennale. The video features the twenty four year old actress going swimming in her underwear.
The director, talking about the actress, said: “What fascinates me about Lindsay are not her problems but the way she embodies an eminence on the level of a Bardot or an Ullmann," Phillips told the New York Times. "She's a combination of the fantastic and the real, which is what makes her so magnetic. She can also bring forward an existential presence that speaks to the isolated self."
Philips said he was inspired by two films, “Contempt,” by Jean-Luc Godard, and “Persona,” by Ingmar Berman. While he has never created a film, Philips stated (to NYT):” "In some ways the video relates to my art, but it's also a way to think about a new kind of portraiture."
Lohan began her sentence on May 26, and had her sentence reduced to 35 days which she will serve under house arrest in her home state of California.

Anthony Weiner responds to lewd underwear photo
The Weinergate Saga
Underwear and politics rarely mix. Over the long weekend, a tweet was apparently sent out from Representative Anthony Weiner’s account that contained a lewd picture of a man in his underwear, reportedly the Congressman himself.
Weiner claims his account was hacked and has been trying to brush the incident off. However, the Representative has been subjected to the late night comedians and internet humor with the obvious pun on his last name.
Reportedly, the tweet was directed a female college student from Seattle. The student, Gennette Cordova, denies being involved with the Congressmen. Weiner has fueled the story even further by not denying that the person in the photo was him, during a CNN interview.
"I'm not going to talk about this anymore. If I was giving a speech to 45,000 people and there was a heckler in the back I wouldn't spend three days discussing it." The Congressman told CNN.
Perhaps leaving the issue in a gray area wasn’t a good plan, as the story has been growing since the picture was posted last week. Probably not the best idea to leave this issue as an open question.
Miley Cyrus Shows off in Lingerie for New Movie
She’s no stranger to being photographed in her underwear, after showing off her bra in a cell phone picture scandal, posing on a bed next to her dad (Billy Ray Cyrus), and being photographed in a bikini in Brazil. So its not surprise that Miley Cyrus was filmed in Lingerie for a scene in her upcoming movie, “So Undercover.”
The actress and pop star wears a lacy red bra paired with shorts for her upcoming movie, where she plays a private eye hired to pose as a sorority girl. While she may play an investigator, there is little private about her wardrobe.
Miley’s Character in the movie frequently wears tight tops and miniskirts. She’s looking good and healthy today, and while she tries to shed her teen star image, the recent images of her upcoming movie are a lot better than when she was recently videotaped smoking out of a bong.
Being a Supermodel is Hard Work
I guess becoming on track to be the world’s first supermodel billionaire is isn’t hard enough. New pictures today show that you need more than good genes to be a supermodel.
After leaving the gym, Gisele Bundchen was spotted today with a vest soaked in sweat.
The 30 year olds beauty is undeniable, but even her figure needs to be regularly toned. The hard work is paying off for her though, both inside and outside the gym. As posted before, the mother of one is on her way to becoming the modeling worlds’ first billionaire, due to her shrewd property investing and licensing deals.
According to Forbes online, Gisele, who is also married to NFL quarterback Tom Brady, made over forty five million last year thanks to high-profile campaigns for top designers.
It is estimated that she has made over two hundred and fifty million in the past ten years, and is set to open her own lingerie and skincare lines later this year.

Scientists: Sports Bras Don’t Work
Chances are most sports bras you try on aren’t that much more supportive than a regular bra. According to scientists, that’s because bra manufacturers haven’t mastered the art of making a true supportive bra work for all women.
The secret? Women’s breasts don’t just bounce in an upward and downward motion, they move in a figure-eight pattern, according to researchers. Current sports bras simply can’t handle that level of movement. A study recently published by the University of Wollongong in Australia, claims that no effective sports-bra exists for women who wear a D-Cup or larger.
Sports bras today come in two categories: they either cradle each breast in individual cups, or they press the breasts against the chest. The former is the most effective for large-chested women, but also rated the most uncomfortable.
So is there hope? Kind of. A new concept bra is in the works that is able to elevate the breasts with foam padding, and it is claimed that testing so far is promising. The bra, however, is not currently on sale.
