It’s a beautiful 7/4:

The bells at the beginning seem to push a 3+2+2 rhythm, count 1-2-3-1-2-1-2

The drums, however, clearly give a 4+3, counted 1-2-3-4-1-2-3; the piano reinforces this.

However, later in the piano part especially he emphasizes the 6th and 7th beats, making it sound like a 3+2+2 again, 1+2+3+1+2+1+2

So, 7/4 with a lot of fun stuff! Also it ends on a flat VII….beautiful
