My close friends know me for using the analogy of "the human mind is comparable to a computers hard drive..." Rather than letting anything in, guard your gates from the noise, chaos and drama (media). Find you or stillness within the shuffles of life. Be mindful of the music you taken in, be mindful of the people you follow on social media, and most importantly be mindful of which systems you decide to take part in. Free your own mind.
