Double Decker #Kiwi #Raspberry smoothie layered with #Pomegranate seeds and topped with #Chia seeds.💚❤️😛First I put about 7 kiwis in the blender (skins on! They have nutrients and flavor and they blend right up :)) and the juice of half a lime and put it off to the side. Then I blended a half a bag or more of frozen raspberries with 4 dates and coconut milk. To assemble I just put in the kiwi smoothie topped it with pomegranate seeds and layered on the raspberry and chia on top! #Yum! #Vegan #Breakfast #RawTill4☀️🍂🌾🌴 (at Hollywood/Vine)

Colorful dinner tonight! I don't always have a productive and healthy weekend, but this weekend I did! So much self love and love for those around me was created and materialized ☺️. @gruszkam (a college friend of mine and one of the people nearest and dearest to my heart) came over with bunches of farmers market veggies and we had this beautiful salad with kale, cherry tomatoes, raw beets, carrots, onion, cilantro, garbanzo beans, and a dressing of two lemons, rosemary salt, and a little bit of olive oil. We also roasted eggplant, green beans, onions, carrots, garlic, beets, and brussels sprouts as another dish. So full of veggies and delicious #Vegan-ness and ready to relax and prepare for the week! #GettinMyVeggiesOn 🍆🍅🍋💚 (at Hollywood/Vine)

#Repost of my dinner last night. We spent all day at the beach and had some popcorn and French fries so I spent my evening cleansing with these oranges! Pealed 9 oranges 🍊, ate 7 and saved the last two for my breakfast on the go the next morning 😜👍. Hadn't talked to my parents in awhile so plopped down on the couch and pealed away while talking 😄. #Vegan din din from last night 😄. Was SO happy to see red spinach at #TraderJoes. I didn't even know it existed! It had a more beet-y taste. Pretty awesome 😜. So beautiful and vibrant! Topped these glorious nutrition-packed leaves with garbanzo beans, heirloom cherry tomatoes, veggie breakfast links, oregano, crushed red pepper, basil, and the juice of one lemon! #Yum. It's finally #Autumn in #LosAngeles, and I have to say that the feeling I get when I feel the fall 🍃🍂is pretty much the same feeling I get being on set 🎥 #Singing and #Dancing and #Acting 💃. Pure #Joy 😊🎉🎉🎬. Here is a little #Selfie from yesterday's shoot where I get to play one half of a comedic singing/dancing sister duo from the 1930's. We shot the promo #Video for our indie-a-gogo campaign. We're so excited for this dynamic project but need a little extra support to get it off the ground! Want something that TASTES like a big bowl of #IceCream after a long day of work without all the nasty calories/carcinogens/processed ingredients? #ThisIsIt after a 12 hour day I actually did make it to #Yoga and was starving afterward. I just got back from vacation a week ago and we haven't gone shopping so I was wracking my brain before class to think what I could make for dinner. Thank GOODNESS I put all of our left over bananas in the freezer before we left so I was able to come home and have a BIGBOWL of this #Vegan #Delight call #NiceCream. All I did was blend about 6 or 7 very ripe and frozen #Bananas with unsweetened #Coconut milk. Then on top I added some frozen #Raspberries and #Blueberries for #Anti-oxidants, #MedjoliDate pieces because they're so sweet and almost taste chocolaty my when mixed in!🍫and #Chia and #Flax seeds for some added #Protein and #Omega-3 😜🍦🍌🍧 #Yummm!! Just finished #dinner tonight. I was #inspired by #CostaRica to make arroz con frijoles after visiting last week 🌴🌺. It's been a 13hr day and I am exhausted and #hungry and need to #carbup so I made this delicious rice and beans salad with thick purple, red, and white #potato slices to "beef-up" my carbs. In the rice I just added some sautéed jalapeños and black beans (could have used some garlic or onion and cilantro but it's been a long day 😰 and ain't nobody got time to run to the store and grab cilantro and an onion #please😒) then I just cut up a few mini orange peppers and put all of it over a massive bed of romaine hearts and drizzled the juice of 1 lemon and 2 limes. Simple fresh and delicious😅. Ok time to take this salad to bed. 😴. #Vegan #FitFood #VeganComfortFood #CarbUp
