The warm breeze he felt was different, it was alien to him, considering the only healing he got was from Y'shtola and Urianger. With a lack for a better term, it was stronger, efficient and pleasant? He wasn't sure, maybe it was the concussion messing with his train of thought. His head shivered a couple of times before this, impulsive thoughts swarmed his mind. While he is in most control of his faculties, it was an annoyance to deal with. He sighed, relishing in the fact that the fight is over.
It was nerve wrecking for the most part, he'd fought beasts twice his size, but he had never gone toe to toe with a metal giant. With that in mind, he is more appreciative of Cyra's presence and even less suspicious of her.
The adrenaline had completely worn off, he feels the pain completely. Lucky for him, it was constant enough to get used to. Like a stinging sensation when you press against the wound with a finger and hold it there, but he felt a knot in his stomach that he's not sure the cause of it.
He sobered up just in time to catch Cyra's staff, which she haphazardly lets go of. He raised an eyebrow for this as she hurriedly searches for the food pouch, he wanted to say something to her but decided not to after witnessing how careful she was with passing the pouch. He takes it from her hand, placing the staff carefully on the ground beside him. He takes a couple of cookies, somewhat resembling a bunny, before devouring them whole. The Viera had always loved Tataru's cooking, he'd grown very fond of the Lalafellin woman.
"Don't be," he muttered in-between bites, referring to her apology. "I was staring at you first, I think it's only fair." Maybe he shouldn't have said anything, as he noticed her ears flattening soon after, but something tells him that it's something else deeper than his gaze.
He was used to people reacting outright negatively by his presence or interaction, and wouldn't be surprised if Cyra was having the same effect as they had but something tells him it was deeper and that this wasn't any of his business.
The healer then shifted the Viera's focus to his foot, she did her job the best she could, and if she's saying that it could be put back into place then he believes her. But he thinks that Cyra has done enough, he tossed his food pouch to her before he quickly pulls back his leg, puts both hands on his foot and brute forces it. It somewhat worked? Not without him shouting and wincing as sharp pain shot up his leg before fading, he took to immediately standing and testing said foot. Ignoring any warnings or safety measures Cyra would have him do.
The Viera used the metal giant behind him, leaning against as he pushes himself upwards to stand. He tests his foot, there still was a sharp pain if he puts most of his weight on it but nothing he can't shoulder through.
Alexis turned to Cyra to thank her, but the knot in his stomach punched him. Already purveying the area they were sitting in, there wasn't a hole for him to vomit in. He recoils his fist, before piercing the metal and pulling out a large panel open to vomit in; he tore his arm up doing this, blood trickling down to his elbow. The pain from this puking was excruciating, while the viscous sounds of liquid chunks echoes out. He was clawing at the giant, scratching it and even pounding on it from the pain. His back arched as his throat burned, like battery acid being poured onto the lining of his esophagus.
"Ah shit, fuck that fucking hu-" He had made the mistake of attempting to verbally sound his pain, which made it even worse as it gets interrupted by more vomiting.
His eyes are watery as he turns around, sliding down to the ground as a new coat of blood decorated his mouth and chin whilst his nose had started to bleed slightly. The Viera's right eye slightly illuminated as the wounds from his arms heals slowly, he winces from the pain in his eye, but it's an unfortunate struggle.
"I forgot to mention," he tried to chuckle but dry heaved instead, "allergic to aether." He added before wiping his mouth with his arm.
"Just, talk to Y'shtola for me would you?" He adds as his open arm towards her has his linkpearl, and it sounds like someone's voice is calling out.
