Laughter breaks up stagnant energy, gets things moving and helps you relax. Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain and conflict. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Humor lightens your burdens, inspires hope, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused and alert.

This card is also saying that this year we must keep positive mindset. Be grateful for all things and people you have in your life, that will allow us to enjoy and create even more things or relationships to be grateful for. We must learn to take care of ourselves first. By giving all the love and respect to ourselves we then attract the same amount of love and respect from others. By taking care of ourselves it implies that we're also taking care of other beings.
