a few useful sites for my sugar sisters:
I donât know if anyone is unfamiliar with these, but I have a few helpful links for all you babies out there.
http://www.emailsherlock.com/
(www.emailsheriff.com is a good secondary site as well. secondary. my results have been much better with email sherlock.)
www.tineye.com
(you can use this to reverse image search any photo a POT sends you and hopefully youâll get a match. I verified my SD because he sent me a headshot that linked back to his Executive profile. cha ching.)
https://images.google.com/
(similar to tineye. upload your image by clicking the camera icon at the end of the search bar, enter/upload, and await your results.)
http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/
(you can look up IPs here, but donât get crazy)
a few helpful tips:
you can use http://exifdata.com/ to determine how long ago a photo was taken. exif data is also the main reason you want to turn geotagging options off ON ALL YOUR DEVICES. That info may pop up as well.
if a man mentions being a fan of a restaurant, look up the yelp page and see if anyone with his name or photo has left comments/tips/reviews on it.
facebook can also be very useful! if the POT says his name is Marcus and he lives in Chicago, you can type in phrases to aid your search, like âpeople named Marcus who live in Chicagoâ, or âpeople named Mark who went to UCLA and live in Ohioâ.
be safe, be well, and be spoiled!
How I Use OneNote for University
Hey, all! I thought Iâd share how I use OneNote, for any students who might want to use it for school organization. I have used this since the beginning of my university career and have found a method that works for me, after nearly three years.
I provide templates for what I use as .one files that can be imported into OneNote, and youâre free to use & modify them however you wish.Â
Semester Calendar Template: Download
Customized Syllabus Template: Download
Cornell Outline Template: Download + Outline inspired by How to Use Cornell Cornell Note-Taking Method on OneNote by @strive-for-da-bestâ
As a student with learning disabilities, I found that using a computer, rather than writing everything out, is the best method for me to learn. I type up notes in class so as to not worry about keeping up with a professor, handwriting, or neatness. OneNote is my favourite note-taking application for this, because itâs essentially an upgraded version of Word thatâs free and syncs automatically across devices. When my computer crashed, I was still able to access my notes online.
OneNote isnât all typing. You can use it on a tablet or use a drawing tablet, in my case, to handwrite notes for a more natural feel. A very efficient way of taking notes is to import the lectures slides in OneNote and to write directly on them. I found that very useful in math-heavy courses, such as statistics and chemistry. The equation tool, while nifty, isnât efficient.
By no means whatsoever is this the only way to use OneNote! In fact, Iâd recommend you find a way that works for you, because while this may be highly organized, it takes a bit of set-up time and is tailored specifically to my needs. You can use my example as inspiration, but play around with it! The beauty of OneNote is that it can be used in a variety of different ways.

WHAT THE FUCK THIS IS BEAUTIFULÂ
SB Financial Advice.
Donât wait till you get money to save it.Â
Iâm building a habit of going the savings bank with change. If you have a dollar put the dollar in the account. Be proud of that dollar, build a habit. That constant depositing $1.00 will eventually be $10.00 + including interest.Â
Iâm sharing gems because, you see a lot of Sugar Baby Allowance on Tumblr but they never have enough money when the arrangement ends? Discipline yourself. Iâm 24 and Iâm DEBT FREE. Iâll say this again Iâm DEBT FREE. When I had a job for my first degree, I wasnât that smart with my finances. I shopped whenever I had a check. I graduated and received the bill for loan repayment fees. I paid towards the principal. If it was $50/month I paid $75.68. I used to put change amount so whenever it was a new month I went to my piggy bank my checking account or my mother would add $200 here or there. Paying towards the principal decreases the interest.Â
I donât own a credit cardâŠnot until I graduate. I go to school full-time and do freelance work. Thatâs not consistent for credit card payments. Once I receive my salary job, I will open a credit card account and automate my payments.Â
Hereâs a secret
Mr. B is in the banking industry, Mr. J is in the marketing industry. Guess what they are always talking about? Their job! Who you do you think Iâm going to do mock interviews with me? Who do you think loves giving financial advice and wants his allowance to be properly used? Guess who is going to help me with my 30 second pitch? Allowance, salary and residual from the LLC.Â
Iâm getting funding to be that b**tch. To be that young black woman who manages a department in a corporation with a LLC on the side.Â
BUILD A RAPPORT WITH YOUR FINANCES. USE YOUR SDS AS PRACTICE EMPLOYERS. THEY WILL LOVE TO KNOW THEY CONTRIBUTED TO A GO GETTER!Â
Thanks for posting! My advice to you and other SBâs would be to open ONE (singular) credit card to build credit. Buy what you already would buy and pay it off EVERY MONTH.
Iâm 22 and Iâve been approved for apartments/cars, because of my 750 credit score. I have zero debt as well.
Tips from Wells Fargo bankers.
Strippers, you canât take us anywhere.
The Full Potential Challenge
Ever wonder what your life would be like if you lived up to your full potential? Would your body be healthier? Your skin clearer? Bank account bigger? I think about these things all the time, and, judging my a previous post, you guys do to. Below is a chart designed to help all of us live up to our full potential. Iâve broken it down into time frames to help keep you from getting overwhelmed. Write the chart down and hang it someplace where you can see it all the time. I will be starting this challenge tomorrow, 9/8. Iâll check in with you guys every Sunday to track my progress. I have specific goals in mind for myself, and you guys should make some too! I really want to know how you guys are doing. Tag your progress posts with #sbfpc so I can track it and take a look. Letâs get to it!
EVERY MORNING
Stretch. First thing. Really give your body enough time to wake up. Touch your toes. Roll out your shoulders. Do not hit snooze!
Do your full skincare routine. I have mine detailed here, but do whatever works for you and your complexion. Be gentle and consistent.Â
Brush your teeth and floss. I used to be a big floss-skipper too, but youâd be amazed at how dig of a difference it makes. Rinse with a whitening mouthwash. I use one by Crest, and I notice a major difference in my teethâs overall whiteness in just a few days.
Give yourself enough time to get ready. Whether youâre a wash-and-go kind of girl, or someone who spends an hour doing a full contouring routine before class (and either one is fine!), make sure you arenât rushing. If you need to wake up a few minutes earlier than normal, so be it. Rushing sets an awful, stressed-out tone for the rest of the day. Allow yourself to be relaxed before taking on the day.
Eat something. Iâm not going to say eat a big breakfast, because some people (myself included) just canât eat in the morning. But you should eat, or at least bring a little something with you to work or school. If you canât eat a full breakfast, grab a fruit! You wonât be as hungry come lunch time, making you less likely to gorge yourself.
Shower. You can do this at night, in the morning, whatever. Again, this is something you should allow some time for. I donât wash my hair every day, but I do condition it every day (from the ears down). Scrub yourself with a delicious-smelling body wash. If you shave, make yourself as smooth as a dolphin, dude. If you donât, then donât and donât ever ever ever let anyone make you feel bad or weird about it. When you get out of the shower, wrap yourself in a fluffy towel and totally slather your sexy self with lotion. Top to bottom. Do it as soon as you can post-shower so it can really sink in.Â
Put leave-in condition throughout your damp hair and comb it through.
Put on an outfit that makes you feel good! So important!
Drink water. Drink water. Drink water. Drink water!!!!!
Take a look at your daily to-do list. Knock out the most pressing stuff first. Take pride when you cross things off your list.
Make your bed! Oh my god, make your bed. Do it. Do it. Do it.Â
EVERY AFTERNOONÂ
Follow the âtouch it onceâ approach. This is a truly life-changing thing. When a task is in front of you, no matter how big or small, just do it right then and there. How many times have you gotten a work email or homework assignment and thought, âEh, Iâll do it laterâ? And then later never comes? Once something pops up, do it once. Squash it and be done. Cross things off your list and feel like a badass.
Try to go for a walk at lunch. Even one little lap around the block or campus will reenergize you like nobodyâs business.Â
Drink water. Drink water. Drink water. Drink water!!!!!
Be present. This is so hard for me too, but you have to make a major effort to be present in whatever youâre doing. Be engaged and plugged-in and just exist in the moment. Give 100 percent.
Be friendly to friends and strangers. A smile goes a long way.
Eat something. Eat what you packed for lunch (see below) and take a break from working while you do it. You need âyou timeâ!
EVERY EVENING
Take your makeup off as soon as youâre in for the night. Wash your face with your full routine and let your skin have a break.Â
Workout. You can also do this in the morning. Whatever works for you. Make a great playlist and go hard af. Get your cardio in. Get your strength training in. Earn every freaking sweat bead forming on your forehead. Earn your shower!
Knock out your homework. Life is infinitely better you donât have anything hanging over your head. Half the time, the energy and emotion you spent dreading/putting off your work is ten times worse than the work itself.
Make a list of what needs to be done tomorrow. Itâll set you up for success the next day, and you wonât forget anything!
Drink water. Drink water. Drink water. Drink water!!!!!
Lay out your clothes for tomorrow. This will save you SO MUCH TIME in the morning omg I canât even tell you how important this is.
Eat something great. And once youâve decided to be done eating for the night, be done. Brush your teeth so you canât eat again.
After brushing, do a whitening treatment. Whether itâs classic baking soda, a Crest white strip, or a laser. Do something. And floss! Retainers in too, ladies 0:)
Relax! Take a few hours to do what YOU want to do. Scroll through Tumblr, binge on some Netflix, FaceTime gossip with your friends, anything. Do whatever makes you happiest.Â
Shut the electronics off an hour before you want to go to bed. Put your phone on sleep mode. If you stare at the screen, it will keep you awake and alert and you wonât be able to fall asleep. A good nightâs sleep is crucial for weightless and general happiness lol
Do a quick sweep of your room and see if thereâs anything you can put away real quick. A clean space is a happy space.
Crawl into your bed (arenât you happy you took the time to make it?!) and read a book by lamplight for a while. When you start to feel sleepy, go to sleep. Donât push it. You kicked ass today and you deserve rest.Â
EVERY WEEKEND
Do something with your friends. It just has to be one thing. Even if youâre just hanging out at the coffee shop, spending time with your squad will make you a better, happier person.
Drink water. Drink water. Drink water. Drink water!!!!!
Do something just for you. Set your laptop up in the bathroom and watch a Netflix marathon while you take a bubble bath. Buy an old school bottle of Mr. Bubbles ($3 at Target!) and really just soak. Relax. Light a candle.
Do something creative. You can read a book, write, blog, draw, code, anything. It just has to be something that speaks to your passion.
Track your progress. Just do this once a week so it doesnât become all-consuming. And remember that non-scale victories are just as important as shedding pounds.
Take the time to be grateful. Tell your friend how much you admire her taste in music. Mention to your mom how much you love her cooking and how happy you are that she takes care of you. Thank your teaching after an especially interesting lecture. When you do something awesome, take a moment to admire yourself. Be grateful for even the little things.
Anything I missed? Reblog + add yours! Donât forget to tag your progress!
starting this Monday!
Iâll just reblog and fav cause I need to read this in the morning!

Shrinking Blonde's Guide to a Flawless Face
Quick Tips
Get naked. Thoroughly wipe every last bit of makeup off of your face before hitting the pillow. Even if youâre up late and are utterly exhausted, you have to make this happen. I keep a pack of unscented makeup removing wipes in my nightstand as well as in my bathroom so if nothing else, I can swipe it across my face before I hit the hay. A naked face lets your skin breathe!Â
Be a lover, not a fighter. While abrasive scrubs and exfoliates may feel like the best thing for your skin, overdoing it can lead your skin to think itâs deprived of oil and it will overproduce it leading to nasty breakouts. Exfoliating treatments should be done (at most) one every other day. Any more and you will agitate your delicate skin,
Drop some acid. I couldnât resist writing that haha. Use a face cleanser with salicylic acid to combat breakouts and even out your skin color. Focus on your t-zone for a squeaky clean face.
Tone up. Toner plays an absolutely crucial role in minimizing pores and smoothing your complexion. Squeeze some onto a cotton ball and wipe your entire face using upward strokes. Let it air dry.
Clean up your act. Clean your makeup brushes every day! Yes, I know this is a pain in the ass, but it is absolutely crucial to getting that flawless complexion. You can use a special spray to spot clean every day and then when you have time on the weekend, rinse the brushes with baby shampoo and water to thoroughly cleanse them.Â
Treat your self. This step is crucial. When you stress over school, boys, weight, etc. all you do is cause breakouts. Try stress relieving exercises like yoga, meditation, or journaling. Practice good eating habits, get lots of sleep, and really pamper your skin. Apply luxurious moisturizers, take bubble baths, and do clay masques on weekends to achieve that perfect glow.Â
My Skincare Routine (Morning and Evening)
Use a Clarisonic Aria with Josie Maran argon oil cleanser all over face for one minute.
Wipe Burtâs Bees alcohol-free toner all over my face in upward strokes with a cotton ball. Do this delicately as to not stress your sensitive face skin.Â
After allowing face to air dry, apply 100 percent pure argon oil all over my face (this will not cause breakouts!)
Dab a tiny bit of topical acne treatment on breakouts (if I have any).
Makeup Tips for Faking Perfect Skin
Use only non-comedogenic makeup with added SPF to avoid clogging pores. I like MAC Studio Fix foundation. A great drugstore alternative is Revlon 24-Hour foundation.Â
Be sure to apply your makeup to a freshly-cleaned face. If you donât, youâre basically just adding gunk on top of gunk.
Use a primer thatâs right for your skin type to ensure your foundation/concealer stays put. Smashbox makes an amazing line of primers for all kinds of skin problems including redness, color correcting, and pore minimizer.
To cover acne, use a concealer thatâs one to two shades lighter than your skin tone. It will even out the color so your foundation applies perfectly on top.Â
Stay strong, shrinking beauties!
need me a freak like that
No warning or direction just pour pancake syrup on his d**k or in you are in dinner just ask the dessert to go, go home and smear the dessert from his belly button to his balls. Take my tongue and an ice cold spoon so I can randomly rub it on his head and scoop the frosting and enjoy my food. Night night!
To All SBs with an iPhone!!!
I just recently updated my phone to iOS11 and noticed this. If your SD or POT has an iPhone which he may use to FaceTime/Skype/Video Chat, he could possibly record you without you knowing. Hereâs how:
Go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls > Add Screen Recording
Once you enable that, itâll appear like this in your Control Center:
This allows you to record whatever is on your screen. So if heâs talking to you, he can possibly be recording you. Be careful girls!!!
Iâm wandering around Whole Foods unattended (left the bae sleeping) and thereâs a person here doing a demonstration on the uses for essential oils around the home and I may have to fight them.
Just for the record, tea tree oil is toxic to dogs and cats and you should not âdrop a few drops on their bed to disinfect itâ. Tea tree oil is only safe for your pets when thoroughly diluted, the safety range being a dilution of 0.1 to 1%. Most tea tree oil bottles come at 100%.
You are potentially dropping liquid death onto your pets bed where it will certainly come into contact with their skin and may be ingested when they lick themselves or their bed. Also never ever orally administer tea tree oil to your pet, I dont care what that one blogger and their nice clean aesthetic said, tea tree oil is toxic to dogs and cats and you will make them sick or possibly even kill them. It should only ever be used topically but only ever at the correct dilution and after the consultation of your vet who will most certainly have a better non lethal solution for your furry friend.
Now. If youâll excuse me, Iâm off to fight a Young Living sales rep. Hold my cart.
Their response when I quietly sidled up to them (Iâm not an actual asshole who yells at people while they are doing their job) and informed them that some of the information (all of it, actually) was wrong, the sales rep looked immediately remorseful, told me they knew it was wrong, but that they had a script to follow in order to maximize sales, and that if they didnât make their target goal they didnât get paid.
So just in case you give a shit about ethical business practices and your pets (not to mention yourselves!): Do Not Buy Young Living Essential Oils.Â
Not only do I suspect they are synthetic based (meaning myself and several others with respiratory allergies have reacted badly to them, in ways we do not react to actual pure oils which are obtained through either steam or cold press. I do not trust their âauthenticâ claims, and I have worked with a lot of essential oils over the last decade and a half. Also, the whole âtherapeutic gradeâ things doesnât actually mean shit. Itâs not a standard recognized by any official regulating authority in the US, AUS, UK or other parts of Europe. Always dillute your oils with a carrier oil for topical application and for the love of god stop drinking them. You want the supplement not the essential oil, itâs a separate thing!) they also do not care that they are offering dangerous consumer advice, but are actively enforcing it. Do not buy into their pyramid scheme. Do not buy or sell from them.
I had to be That person who asked to speak to the manager of my local WH today because holy shit this, could have straight up murdered someoneâs cat or caused their dog to have seizures. Their response to my concern was a befuddled âbut itâs naturalâŠâ and I had to respond with âso is arsenic but I donât see you selling it in the supplements aisle as a vital mineralâ. She had to straight up think about that for a second before it clicked.Â
Natural =/= safe. Be careful and educated and always double check your sources.
So this has been stuck in my head ever since I heard it three days ago.
