Saturn 9th House transit ending... Pluto in Aqua

idk what to believe in anymore since saturn transit ended in my 9th house but I miss having a healthy relationship with God. Unfortunately the world feels bleak and idk what God is doing with this earth anymore... feels like there are no morals, ethics or justice on this earth.

9th House Saturn transit update 15 February 2024

- crisis of faith and direction.

- The urge to elevate or “do something” with my life. Feeling like I was stuck with the direction as to my life.

- Long travel. I spent 6 months in India volunteering. Found the culture differences difficult and frictions led me to feel some sort of uncanny valley affect and develop an appreciation for my own culture.

- Started dating someone from a different race, culture and religion. We had friction as to goals in life, and cultural differences led to communication issues. We both spoke a different kind of English. Sometimes I felt we were too different and being seen together as two different people from completely different cultures would affect my reputation (natal Saturn in 10)

- My bf is Hindu and I am from a Muslim background. Due to the uprise of Hindu nationalism, he would occasionally criticise Islam, which would offend me, even though I didn’t find myself identifying with the religion, I still somehow felt it was an attack on my identity (natal Saturn conjunct Moon which is my ASC ruler). My bf is a writer, writing a trilogy about Lord Shiva at the time.

- Due to India travel and Hindu boyfriend, I challenged with the idea of polytheism vs monotheism which I grew up on. I was raised to believe idolatry was the biggest sin and now that idea was being challenged. Hinduism is very different. I found myself quite closed off and résistent to a lot of concepts from Hinduism. Found the practices of having dolls in temples ‘immature’ and the whole God culture in India a bit too money orientated and cult like.

- Despite so much instinctive rejection of Indian and Hindu culture and difficulties assimilating, I found their humility and humbleness admirable. I found followers of Abrahamic religions and those in my hometown, London, to be unbearably arrogant and self-righteous which was a complete turn off from my own country. Being humble felt more attractive and respectable.

- Felt like I had no direction. Remunerating over whether I wanted to do a TEFL and teach in Asia or go back to the UK and study a masters. Struggling to pick a topic to study for Masters. Whether I wanted to continue my chosen career path despite having the struggles i had and choosing to quit in the first place, although I needed the security. Felt like my options were limited. The world no longer felt like my oyster.

- Despite having some spiritual encounters in the past and it building my faith in god through hard times, I started to question how useful this was and if it was mature to base big decisions on superstitions. At the same time, spiritualism drove me a bit crazy and led me to make impractical and crazy choices in my life because I was relying too much on superstitions to direct my life. Likewise, I needed spiritualism to add colour and meaning to my life. Life was more beautiful with empathy, compassion, beauty and dreamy spiritualism (Pisces), which I felt was precious but dying

- Felt like I needed guidance, a career counsellor or something to help direct my life, but feeling like there was nobody out there. Mother being my ultimate authority figure (my natal Saturn conjuncts my Moon in 10H), I felt like she was the only respectable guidance out there, despite having rebelled against her advices so much because of how she would limit my life.

Saturn in 9th House Pisces transit update 31/August/2023.

It is currently the Pisces Full Moon of 2023 conjunct Saturn in my 9th House as I write this.

Saturn transit in Pisces in my 9th house has completely detached me from my usual sense of moral compassion. I am voyaging through India right now true to 9th House fashion, with India being a very spiritual country of course (Pisces). I see the poverty here and feel totally apathetic towards it.

Coinciding with that, transit Pluto has also been moving up and down my natal Neptune in 7H for the past year or so, and I just feel nothing towards others anymore. This transit in itself has just absolutely killed, MURDERED, all naivity and compassion I had towards others.

That said, my current apathy and lack of compassion is allowing me to move forward with my life (9th house is about reaching higher places and journeying). Before, I would guilt myself a lot and my 'unconditional love' for humanity severly held me back on a personal level. I have made to become completely aware how how compassion and others playing with my feelings have been used against me and to manipulate me into achieving selfish agendas. I don't feel like my spirituality or compassion should come from having a saviour complex towards others. I am continually growing in my faith in God to feel the rhythm of life.

Ironically, India has many philosophies which teach non-dualism which is something I used to heavily identify with. Though coming here, I feel less affinity with it, valuing my sepatate and physical idenitfy and unique God given qualities which make me an individual.

I've been on the journey of embracing my ego identity for a while now but this is particularly valuable for me as someone with a 12th House Sun, which finds it difficult to separate my ego from the collective unconscious.

Saturn 9th House transit review

I will be documenting and reviewing my experience of Saturn’s transit through my 9th House. I will frequently be updating this post as the transit progresses, until it enters my 10th House through my MC at 17 degrees Pisces. 

Saturn entered my 9th House on approximately the 29th of December 2022. Due to a series of shattering experiences through his transit in my 8th House, I was left quite unsure of myself. Thankfully that transit is over, and so far I feel a lift from Saturn’s pressure. I would like to believe my Saturn in the 9th House transit is helping me collect my thoughts into place. 

What does the 9th House represent in Astrology? Sarah Regan quotes:

The ninth house is connected to all things expansive—thoughts, travel, higher-level learning, philosophy, and more ... the ninth house also deals with belief systems, religion, morals, and ethics.

Saturn’s transit would bring in a drying effect to these matters. Typical Saturn experiences can involve themes of compression, discipline and authority through a perception of slowing-down in whatever area of the chart it transits. He brings sobriety, maturity and eventually real and tangible form to an underdeveloped part of the soul.

So far as of 27 Jan 2023, I have experienced the following with the Saturn 9th House transit:

- Starting out with many mental contradictions which were crashing my sense of judgement and wisdom.

- Development of a strong preferential bias towards my own cultures (British + Turkish).  I don’t find foreign cultures as appealing anymore and have come to appreciate England (my primary home) more specifically.

- A general desire to take a thorough approach to culture. I had appreciation for all cultures before and when travelling I was a country hopper, but if I were to travel now, I would like to spend a long time in one place to familiarise myself with it - and not just any place will do.

- American culture has particularly begun to cringe me out, especially due to the many generalisations in socio-political debates. Note that the United States is a Sagittarius rising with Sun conjunct an exalted Jupiter, which corresponds with 9th House energy. 

- Becoming more confident in what I believe. 

- Relying less on guides (spiritual, in-person, internet personalities, spellchecks, etc.)

- Discerning between applied wisdom versus personal projection.

- Valuing my truth and expressing myself without fear of opposition.

- Being mindful of negative thinking and pessimistic ways of expressing myself.

.- Improving grammar, spelling and proof-reading.

- Less willing to publish unneccesary information about myself. Paraphrasing.

- Reluctance to use fillers like ‘like’ ‘erm’ ‘maybe’ ‘kinda’. 

- Experimenting with new travel routes, as well as language, to get from point A to B more efficiently. 

- Commitment to getting my drivers license after a 10 year delay. (I thought this would be a 3rd House topic originally, but I noticed my biggest motivation in obtaining my license is for long-distance driving in foreign countries where public transport is not a viable option.)

- Resistence towards those with pontifical arrogance in speech and behaviour.

- Patience learning new things and getting to the truth. Respecting the mystery. Curiosity killed the cat. 

- Accepting that knowing things too soon, or rushing a personal journey can be harmful.

Saturn 9th House thoughts: 

- Saying the right things can propel you forward.

- I don't have to be omniscient to be right. I know what I know and that is indicative of my truth.

- Arrogance is a sign of lack. No need to overcompensate to fill in an empty space.

- You can only know what you know, and if you don’t know, enquire further, ask or accept the lack of information.

Penis size and Sexuality in the Natal Chart.

This is kind of a weird post idea but honestly, it is something I sometimes get curious about. It’s quite ridiculous but goes to show how niche and fine tuned you can get with astrology. When it comes to literal inches, I couldn’t tell you. I’m sure there’s a way to figure that out too, but I’m not at that level, let alone care that much to learn how to be. Looking at a dudes Mars in his chart is good enough to tell me what I need to know about the size of his dick, his masculinity, and how much stamina he possesses.

I don’t consider the information in this post unethical. You could know all the astrology in the world, but if you’re not meant to know something, you won’t anyway.

Physical connection can be just as important as an emotional, spiritual, mental or material connection etc. If the latter listed can be looked into for ethical purposes of knowing what you’re getting yourself involved with, then why can’t you be curious about a man’s masculinity. 

Ultimately, I am not using this information to judge or mock men and I am capable of assessing this maturely. At the end of the day, the study of astrology is a tool, and is not conductive in itself. God is above the planets and bigger than astrology, and your ability to use astrology advantageously would be seriously limited if you use it to judge or criticise things without higher moral virtue.

My intention with this post is to teach astrological methods of determining a man’s penis size and sex drive, and how that can relate to his overall masculinity and I condone this information being used to mock or degrade men without good reason.

So Mars is the planet we will be focusing on in this post. Why? Mars rules men. It also rules war, penetration, drive, action, sports, force, anger etc. If you look at the Sun’s glyph (☉) it shows the soul, or who we are at the centre and the light we shine into the world. Now using this as a baseline, if you look at the glyph of Mars (♂) it looks like it has a literal erect dick coming out of it, pointing upwards as it symbolises the ‘upper grip of existence’. It has also been compared to a spear coming out of a shield. This is not random. Compare to the Venus glyph (♀). The cross below the circle points to a lower grip of existence, in which her power is underlying, passive and receptive. 

Now we know what Mars is about, you wanna find out what Mars is doing in the natal chart. That is, what sign he’s in, who he aspects and any other miscellaneous details that could add to the picture. 

Mars in a sign would be descriptive of his actual nature, whereas the aspects will add to how this is expressed. 

So let’s say if Mars was in Taurus, you can expect slower and more thorough, sensual experiences. With Mars in Aries, in his own sign, you could expect more fast, direct and spontaneous encounters and they are unlikely to hold back. They may sometimes be aggressive but the aspects would further clarify this. Mars in Cancer will likely be more sentimental and caring in such a scenario. Mars in Capricorn would take its time and would be more interested in distinct roles of domination/submission. 

Nevertheless, sex is made up of more than just Mars, and a whole chart analysis would have to be made to see that. 

More importantly, let’s get to aspects, because this is where the size can be shown.

Mars Aspects

One of the most common factors found in men who are “well-endowed” is Jupiter in aspect to Mars. Jupiter expands whatever he touches, so in this case, his masculinity.

Saturn in aspect to Mars on the other hand will tend to constrain, especially in hard aspect. Saturn in this way can block or restrict Mars’ masculine expression, and as a result give a smaller dick.

A Saturn trine or sextile, with coupling power aspects could rather show a sense of endurance and stamina which helps support Mars. As you may know, Mars is exalted in Capricorn which is ruled by Saturn, and because his actions are paced, he will therefore have energy to preserve and last longer.

What happens if let’s say Jupiter is square Mars, but there is also a Saturn opposition? You take it both into account. In this case, you may likely find a grower on your hands. 

Neptune Mars aspect may be inclined to lie or glamourise his manhood somehow, especially if unsupported by power enhancing aspects. He may be quite passive and submissive when it comes to ‘walking the walk’. The most extreme stereotype I can think of with this is a man who acts assertive and dominant in the outer world or from a distance but when nobody’s watching he tries on a wig and his wife’s bra in secret. Although please look at the chart overall as this connection in itself would not tell you this about a man. Either way there is some unclear passive quality about this Mars aspect, in that he may express his sexuality through daydreaming about sex rather than acting upon it or having astral sex intentionally or unintentionally if he is not spiritually attuned. Often, sex is better in fantasy than in reality for someone with this in hard aspect. He may even resort to using performance enhancing drugs as Neptune rules drugs and masking of some sort. 

Pluto Mars, on the other hand, is really something. Pluto can generate a lot of energy and force to Mars in a way a lot of other planetary bodies can’t, but it really depends on other aspects. Suppose Pluto squares Mars, giving an INTENSE desire, even obsession with sex, but Mars conjuncts Saturn. This will likely show that despite all this energy, you are being blocked off somehow, and will probably just result in prolonged blueballs (ouch). Pluto, nevertheless, will give a strong obsessive pushing drive. Might I say, borderline r*pey, and may be into BDSM type shit. Though note that Pluto Mars in itself will not show you a rapist. You will have to determine if the person in question is an actual piece of shit who feels entitled to someone else’s body to determine that. Just because someone is forceful doesn’t mean they are intrinsincally a rapist. A rape can happen without Pluto’s influence as not all rape is through force. Rape is about disrespecting someone’s boundries and this can happen through deception too, ie Neptune. Anyway so long story short, Pluto by himself would not necessarily show a big dick and can go either way, but would rather show a very powerful and intrusive one. 

Honourable mentions - the 8th House/Pluto himself. 

The 8th house and Pluto rules our genitals also so it only makes sense to look there as well when assessing this. As you can imagine, Jupiter here also gives a good sign of a well-endowed man. 

Likewise, Jupiter aspecting the 8th House ruler or cusp should be taken into consideration. 

Mars and Pluto being in the 8th House generates energy into this area so that is also something to look out for.

Aries, Scorpio or Sagittarius influencing the 8th House may also add to size. 

Likewise, Mars or Jupiter in the signs of Scorpio can also be factored in. 

Mars or Jupiter in the 1st House even could add as it relates to the man himself as he is.

Obviously, with Pluto taking a very long time to change signs, it will not be worth looking at this unless you want to compare how one generation compares to another. Nevertheless, the house Pluto is in can detail things more clearly, but if you haven’t managed to link the previously mentioned factors in, it might not be worth investigating too much. Pluto in the 6th House in conjunction to Chiron for example, may just show some sort of medical problem related to your genitals rather than anything about size. Maybe Pluto in the 1st House might matter if not in the 8th, as Pluto in the 1st House will likely show a man who possesses a lot of natural power in his identity anyway, so if explored, you may find some other factors in the natal chart to clarify how that relates to his dick.

Is Neptune really delusional? The truth about the great malefic.

A big thing that happens when you first start studying astrology is you label things as ‘good’ or ‘bad’.. down the line, you label things ’benefic’ and ‘malefic’.

I’ve gotten to the point where neither of this shit matters anymore.

Sure, was that Neptune transit in conjunction to my MC and square my natal Sun and Venus in my 12th back in 2020/21 a time of intense confusion as to my career, identity and over-romantisation of my love life to the point I felt like I was drowning? YES. Did I feel like I was losing my mind. Yah.. Would I want it to happen again? Probs not.

So why wouldn’t I label that as a malefic? It sure did suck a lot of the time. I’m not saying lets pretend a square isn’t a square.. but that square was a necessary part of my journey. See what that Neptune transit done for me, was open me up to a world beyond the mundane. It helped me transgress physicality. As it was square my Venus for example, all I could do is feel the romance and emotion in absence of what was happening in reality. Reality matters, but that transcendence mattered for me too, because I was finally able to feel the truth of a situation despite what my eyes were seeing or the words I was being told. I was often faced with a “Goz, you’re being delusional”, and normally I would have agreed. But Neptune helped me feel to the truth and look behind the veil or the facade because my intution or my emotions were being sensitised. People lie, and lies shape reality. We live in a world of lies. We live in what the Hindus call ‘maya’. Pretty much every religion claims we live in an illusion. You’ll even find scientists and tech moguls like Elon Musk claim we are living in a simulation. Neptune is what transcends that. Reality, materiality, soberity and karma as we know it is Saturn.

I’m not saying Saturn doesn’t matter. He does. Saturn is here to build. The greatest thing is when you can bring truth, the highest good/beauty/unconditional love (Neptune) into reality (Saturn). But sometimes Saturn will just build for it’s own sake, which can be fears or insecurity.

So back to Neptune.. was Neptune really malefic, or was I really just really stuck in a ‘ordeal’ impression of blocks and barriers, when the reality was more beautiful than it seemed. It wasn’t about living in la-la-land while my romantic interests continued to disappoint me (which is common with that transit. Read more about Neptune square Venus transit here) but it was about releasing the expectation and feeling the truth of their actions. That their unattractive, disappointing behaviour was rooted in deep love and fascination and maybe not because I was unworthy or less than, in a way which such disappointing behaviour conveys to you on the surface.

When Neptune conjunct my MC (read more here), I started having career confusion. I always wanted to be an artist, but I was in a highly reputable political job I had worked so hard to get to. I worked hard at university for this, and got to the job I wanted, and it disappointed because the role wasn’t what it pitched up to be. I always wanted to help people. That’s something I said since I was a child. And I always wanted to do something creative. But I lost that along the way. In my mind before that transit, there was no way I could accept being an artist was something I could be doing in a conscious manner, despite it always being in my heart. Neptune conjunct my MC was a cloud of confusion as to my direction in life and I had no other option but to sit there and idealise and dream of a new path. That cloud of confusion began to erase the barriers and walls I built and it allowed me to reimagine my career.

The best way to handle a Neptune transit, a transit that creates great confusion in the area it transits over, is to just let go. It isn’t a time to ‘do’ or ‘be’ or ‘force’ (that’s Mars & Pluto’s job). Neptune is there to wash away the dirt and bring you back to your purest form.

A random side note I’ll mention about ‘benefic’ transits. Venus conjunct the Asc is usually connoted with a few days of feeling a little pretty and being admired somehow. But labels like benefic/malefic take away from the real experience of what’s happening. For example, when I had my last Venus conjunct Asc transit, my friend who I had an arguement with and blocked left me a note and a boutique of flowers which I found on my doorstep after a long day at work. Very literal to receive flowers on my literal doorstep during a Venus conjunct Asc transit, it’s actually hilarious. I didn’t appriciate it though. This friend was a girl I considered to butter and sweeten me up a lot of the time but in a very manipulative way. At this point, her flowers felt intrusive and sickly sweet. I was also, at the time, suffering with too much sugar in my bloodstream because of literal overwhelming sweetness she and other things in my life were blinding me to as a way of sugarcoating reality. I ended up giving her flowers away, and spending the week detoxing to purify my blood. So benefic? Not really.

Introduction👋

Hi there, 

This is my first blog post in what will hopefully be a pool of astrological knowledge I can share to the world! 

Having always had a strong affinity to the sky, I started studying astrology seriously 6 years ago and had the opportunity to study under a mentor I met by fate (get it).

As I was taught a lot of my knowledge for free, it’s only fair that I share what I know with everyone so everyone can help themselves navigate the sky.

Astrologers are great to help us spot our blindspots, but I truly believe we are meant to be our own astrologers, and astrology is a great step towards realising ourselves. Nevertheless, it is only a step, and as much as I am fascinated by astrology, I believe it should be used sparingly, with intention and inspiration. 

I have a 12th House Gemini Sun and Venus conjunction in mutual reception to Mercury and Mars in the 11th House.

What that means is that I’m pretty talented at picking up futuristic trends and relating that to a divine purpose! If you know anything about natal astrology already you’ll know that’s quite a good position for me to start a ‘spiritual blog’ too, so here we go!
