A soft look appears on Sakuya's face. "Masumi-kun, did you know that you're very cute?"
When he blinks this time, it's out of confusion. He can feel his face flushing but ignores it since if he pretends it isn't there, it probably doesn't exist, or something like that. "Me?"There're fifty million trillion things that Masumi can say he likes about Sakuya. His smile, for one, his eyes, for two, and his energy and hair and the way he smiles and he lights up justtt so - and on and on and on. With how many there are and how many new ones he seems to find each day, it's no wonder that Masumi finds himself so deeply in love.
Today, there's something new to add to the list. They’re sitting side by side on the couch, close but not close enough to feel each other’s warmth. Masumi would lament over the loss of content but then Sakuya bites at the end of his pen (it’s cute) as he puzzles over a question. He's only helping Masumi with his work this time, but the way his brow furrows (also cute) makes it seem as if it's the first time he's learning this stuff too. After a good twenty seconds of staring at the problem, and Masumi staring at him, of course, Sakuya looks up with a sigh (another cute thing!) and frowns (this one's also cute, but Masumi would rather it be a smile).
"I’m sorry, Masumi-kun, I just don't seem to remember how to do this..." he trails off. "If you ask Itaru-san or Tsumugi-san, I'm sure they can give you an answer?" The phrase tapers off into a question, as if the fact he presents is uncertain of what it should be (what it is, in fact, is adorable).
"It's fine," Masumi replies. "Thanks for trying."
"Of course!" Sakuya smiles this time (really super cute) as he regains some of his previous energy. "I'll do my best to be more helpful next time."
Masumi takes back his work, pondering his next words. "It's okay if you're not, though."
"Eh?" Sakuya exclaims in mock offence (his expression... yep, definitely cute). "You mean you don't want me to be useful? That's not very nice..."
He clears his throat, reconsidering. "I just mean, like... You're willing to help, and that's enough for me?" He pauses, considering if there's more to add, before deciding that he's said exactly what he meant. "Yeah." Somehow, his own mouth turns up at the corners, happy to have found the right words.
Sakuya laughs (absolutely positively cute, Masumi could live on that sound alone) and leans over to press a kiss to his boyfriend's cheek. "You spoil me," he says, mostly because it's true.
Masumi pouts, puffing up his cheeks in a way that makes him look almost comical. "I do not. And, you missed."
"Hm?"
Before Sakuya can question what he had missed, exactly, Masumi leans in close and presses his lips against Sakuya's. They part after only a few seconds, but Sakuya's flustered expression is adorable all the same. He's blushing, and there's a soft but dangerous look in his eyes. As his lips curve into a gentle smile, he speaks, voice barely more than a whisper. "...then, next time, I won't miss."
It's enough to make Masumi's heart beat triple time. They're already so close together, but he wants to wrap Sakuya up in his arms and hide him away from the world, keeping this cuteness just for himself. Before he can do more than think about it, though, Sakuya's already made true on his promise, initiating their second proper kiss of the sessions. It lasts quite a bit longer, but once Masumi opens his eyes he swears he's a little dizzy, his vision a little bit hazier than before despite how clear Sakuya seems to appear.
"See?"
"Huh?" Masumi blinks, but his eyes don't stray from his lover's face.
"I didn't miss that time!" The exclamation is accompanied by a wickedly soft smile, and then a laugh as a soft look appears on Sakuya's face. "Masumi-kun, did you know that you're very cute?"
When he blinks this time, it's out of confusion. He can feel his face flushing but ignores it since if he pretends it isn't there, it probably doesn't exist, or something like that. "Me?"
Sakuya nods fervently as he proceeds to scooch himself over, as close as he can possibly get without sitting on Masumi's lap (not that he would mind if he did... the image of that is rather cute, after all). "Of course you are!" He responds, the dimples in his cheeks amazingly visible due to their closeness. "This bright red is cute,” He taps Masumi’s cheek with his finger, highlighting the flush that Masumi had wished didn't exist. “This smile is cute,” His finger moves to the corner of Masumi’s mouth this time, and, predictably, Masumi’s heart does a backflip. “And everything else is cute too!” The only response he can really muster is a grunt, and that makes Sakuya giggle some more.
“You’re cute too,” he murmurs before diving back in to kiss Sakuya again. When they part this time, their lips hover impossibly close to each other, but they don’t touch. Masumi swears he’s breathing way too hard, but even if he is, the softness of Sakuya’s own breath reaches him all the same.
“Then,” Sakuya says, a hint of a smile hidden in his voice. “We can be cute together, can’t we?” All Masumi can see is the way the corners of his mouth turn up with the words and then they’re kissing again.
It’s a nonsensical line of logic - they can be cute together, huh? - but somehow it hits Masumi right where it’s supposed to and his heart swells. They kiss for a while longer until Sakuya’s content with resting his head on Masumi’s chest, both of them taking the time to catch their breath.
Masumi runs his fingers through Sakuya’s hair, gently tugging and untangling separate strands. After a while, Sakuya tilts his head, making the strands Masumi had been working on fall down in a tangle, but then he smiles and it’s more than enough to make up for it. “I love you,” he whispers, and Masumi’s heart skips another beat.
“I love you too,” he says, the words reverberating in his heart. He really, really does. He hopes he always will. Sakuya gives a hum of approval as he lays his head back down. Masumi continues on with the task of fixing his boyfriend’s hair, his thoughts drifting as he does so.
Sakuya... really is too cute, isn’t he? And if they're both cute… doesn’t that make them a perfect match? He laughs out loud without even realizing it.
Sakuya glances up to see the source of the noise, careful not to move his head too much this time. The most adorable pout is painted on his lips and Masumi feels his heart soften. "Is something funny...?"
"No," Masumi denies with a quick shake of his head. "Nothing."
Blowing out a puff of air in annoyance, Sakuya snuggles deeper into Masumi's chest, using the fabric to muffle his words. "That's okay, then. Even if you won't tell me what it is, it's nice to hear you laugh." A pause. "It's cute."
Masumi snorts, the lightest notes of laughter leaving his lips, and almost immediately he can feel Sakuya's mouth twisting up into a smile against his chest. He forgoes the hair-combing and pulls Sakuya into a tight hug instead. "Let's stay together forever," he murmurs into the pink strands of hair he finds so adorable.
"Mm, let's." The warmest feeling yet warms Masumi's body and he can't stop himself from smiling. To create such a reaction... Sakuya really must be the most adorable of them all, right?
extra:
and so they're sitting there but then izumi walks in and she looks at them and straight up says "if sakyo sees pda in here he'll make you clean for the next month" and so masumi just lifts sakuya and carries the both of them to his room so they can cuddle some more.
sakuya's a bit heavier than he expected but his squeal of surprise was amazingly cute so masumi will never ever complain about it.
banri gets in a fight again and someone actually helps him out for once lol
Series: A3! Act! Addict! Actors!
Pairing: Banri/Taichi
Word Count: 1919
Summary: “Uh, well, I was, you know, uh…” He fumbles over his words, not having expected he’d get caught. Just as he settles on a reason, though, his eyes catch the sight of red. The hand Banri had used to wipe his nose is covered with it. Blood.
“Are you okay, Banny?”
“Hah?” Banri replies. Taichi points, hand a little shaky, and Banri looks down at the blood on his hand. “Yeah, ‘m fine. Just a scratch,” he says.
Taichi frowns and inches closer.
Taichi is awake in the middle of the night. It’s not like he usually stays up this late, well, unless he’s helping out Yuki, but tonight that isn’t the case. He’s just having a little trouble sleeping - emphasis on the little - and staring up at the dark ceiling wasn’t helping as much as he would have liked. He wants to sigh aloud but he might wake up Omi, so instead he wiggles out of bed and leaves his room, careful to make as little sound as possible.
The door closes behind him with a soft click. A drink, Taichi figures, will probably help him relax. As he walks to the kitchen, the halls are quiet. That’s to be expected of course, but it’s still a little disconcerting. Taichi frowns.
He doesn’t turn the lights on - Sakyo has a sixth sense for that, he swears it - and takes care to be as quiet as possible when turning open the tap and filling the glass. The sound echoes, far too loud due to the absence of other noise, and it makes Taichi cringe. He downs the liquid in a matter of seconds and, as he goes to place the cup on the counter, the lights turn on.
Taichi blinks, eyes trying to adjust to the brightness. There’s a loud groan coming from the lounge room and he instinctively shivers in fear. What could it be? A ghost? A zombie? It’s got to be some kind of monster, it’s far too late and unnatural for it to be anyone who actually belongs here. But… whatever it is, they’d turned the light on, so that means it can't be a monster, right? Right?
Gulping down his fear, Taichi inches towards the doorway, ready to dash down the hallway and escape. The voice groans again, slightly louder this time. It sounds like whatever - whoever? - is making it is in pain… But that’s the perfect setup for a horror movie, right? It’s best to just walk away -
“Hurts like a…” Oh, those are actual words - it must be a person, then. And the voice is familiar too...? Slowly, Taichi pokes his head around the corner like he had thought he shouldn’t do and catches a glimpse of the mystery person.
It’s Banri, actually, wearing his usual leopard print jacket instead of sleepwear. He’s sitting with his head in his hands, which is also kind of weird. Taichi wants to ask him what’s up but, for one, he’s still a little afraid, and two, Banri probably doesn’t know Taichi's looking at him, and if he scares Banri they'll wake up half the dorm (it won't wake up Hisoka, at least). Half of him wants to just sneak away and ask Banri about it in the morning - 2am is still the night, right? - but then Banri lifts his head, swiping at his nose and their eyes meet.
“Taichi?” he says and Taichi freezes. “What’re you doing?”
“Uh, well, I was, you know, uh…” He fumbles over his words, not having expected he’d get caught.
Taichi frowns and inches closer, his earlier fear practically forgotten. The more their distance decreases, the easier it is to see - the deep gash on Banri’s cheek, the trickle of blood leaking from his nose, the bruises on his knuckles and the various tears in his jeans. “You’re hurt, Banny!”
Banri scoffs. “‘s nothing. The guys who did it to me have it worse,” he says as if that makes it any better. Taichi grabs hold of his wrist, silently apologizing for the way Banri winces and tries to tug him upwards.
“You’re hurt! We have to treat it!”
“It’s not a big-”
“It is too a big deal!” Taichi interrupts, his whispers growing louder and louder as his concern grows. Mercifully, Banri lets Taichi drag him to the washroom, although he grumbles under his breath most of the way. Banri sits on the toilet seat, carefully examining his hands as Taichi searches the cupboards for the first aid kit. It doesn’t take long to find, thankfully, and Taichi turns his attention back to Banri just as quickly.
“Broke a nail,” Banri observes out loud, staring at his hands with mild concern. Taichi holds back a laugh - injured like this and all he cares about are his hands? If you're cool, life must be something like that - and approaches him, safety kit in hand. “Ah, I can do it,” Banri says, raising his other hand up to take it.
“Nope!” Taichi replies, holding it just out of Banri’s grasp. “It’s harder to work on yourself,” he says with an air of authority.
Banri raises his eyebrow. “And you know that because…?”
“I used to get injured all the time when I was little,” Taichi confesses, placing the kit on the counter and taking out all the necessary materials. “Plus, if you know how to treat yourself, it’s pretty cool, right?”
“Sure is,” Banri laughs and Taichi takes it as a good sign. The two of them chatter a bit longer while Taichi treats all of Banri’s wounds. His nose comes first, cleaning the residual blood there and making sure it won’t start bleeding again. Then, bandaging Banri’s hands and after that the smaller scratches all over his body. There’s a lot of them, but Taichi makes sure to check each and every one of them, putting bandaids over all of them.
“Dokemon patterned?”
“Omi bought them.”
“How’d you know that?”
“They were for me, obviously!”
Banri laughs again, short and sweet. Taichi only lets the sound distract him for a second, glancing up at Banri’s face. Their eyes meet and Taichi looks away. His face feels hotter than usual, but that doesn’t mean anything right?
Finally, once everything else has been dealt with, Taichi moves to the gash on Banri’s cheek. It’s pretty deep, having been dripping blood throughout this entire process. He hesitates for a moment - this one will hurt, won't it? - but dabs at it with a cotton pad covered in antiseptic, taking care to be as gentle as possible. Banri hisses in pain and reaches up, catching Taichi’s wrist in his grip.
“That hurts!” he exclaims, face contorted in pain.
“Not my fault!” Taichi pouts. He wants to say more but - Banri’s face is rather close, isn’t it? Taichi keeps his mouth shut instead and looks away. Banri opens his mouth in question, but it seems he realizes something and closes it just as quickly. He lets go of Taichi’s hand, dropping his arm back down to his side. It's silent for a bit longer than Taichi would like it to be, but before he can say anything, Banri beats him to it.
“Gonna finish or not?” he asks.
“Y-Yep!” Taichi replies and he hopes that Banri didn’t hear him stuttering. Practically impossible, he knows, due to their proximity, but one can hope, right? Banri smirks and Taichi knows he’s been noticed.
Regardless of that, Taichi does his best to focus on fixing up Banri’s face. It’s not as if it’s lots of work, rather, the issue is that his eyes keep straying towards Banri’s and, every time they do, Banri’s looking right at him and he has to look away. It makes his hands shakier than usual, so it takes a bit longer and that makes it even worse because now there's even more time for his eyes to wander... He wants to screech, but, again, it’s the middle of the night and it’d also be very uncool of him to do so right in front of Banri.
“Thanks,” Banri says as Taichi pulls away after what felt like forever, starting to clean up the mess he’s left on the counter. Banri stretches with a yawn, wincing only a little from the pain. He checks himself out in the mirror, “Better job than I’d have done.”
“Of course! Don’t underestimate my skills!” Taichi retorts, playfully sticking out his tongue as he turns back to Banri, finally finished putting things away.
Banri rolls his eyes. “Well, ‘m off to bed now. Gotta make sure I don’t wake Hyodo…” he trails off. “Actually, why are you awake?”
Taichi despairs inwardly. They'd been doing so well avoiding that topic too! Well, there's still the excuse he'd prepared earlier, so... “W-well, I couldn’t sleep, so I went to get some water and then-”
“And then I came in, gotcha.” Banri nods in understanding. Taichi's inner despair is replaced by a sigh of relief, grateful that Banri had cut him off before he'd made a fool of himself. His coolness is saved! ...or something like that. “Think you’ll be able to sleep now?”
Taichi scratches the back of his neck, slightly embarrassed. “Well, I dunno. I’m kinda really awake now, you know?”
“My bad, sorry. Well, I owe you one, huh?” Taichi watches as Banri brushes past him, pausing at the door frame. “Sleep well, ‘kay?” He smiles before disappearing around the corner.
Taichi blinks at the empty space. Is Banri cool or what? With just a few words and a smile, Taichi’s some-what erratic heart is already beating faster than it was before and he can swear his cheeks are getting hotter too! If he’s not careful, Taichi might start crushing on him - oh. Oh. Suddenly it all makes a little more sense - why he’d been so worried and nervous and distracted. He groans, burying his head in his hands. With this kind of revelation on the brain, there's no way he would be getting to sleep anytime soon.
(“So,” Sakyo says in the morning. “Who was it that left the light on all night?”
Inwardly, Taichi shrieks, but outwardly he does his best to keep his expression passive. His attempt probably isn’t very good, given that he’d barely slept the night before, but he does his best to hide his guilt as he attempts to turn away without arousing suspicion. In his rush to help Banri, he’d forgotten all about it! Oh no oh no oh no, if Sakyo finds out, Taichi’s as good as dead and then-
“Oh, that’s me,” Banri states and Taichi looks at him, confused.
“You, Settsu?” Sakyo frowns, unamused, and all the other troupe members in the room casually find themselves very busy with something else, not wanting to watch Sakyo release his wrath.
“Yeah,” Banri replies, purposely drawing out the word to get on the older man’s nerves. “Was up late ‘n forgot.”
Sakyo frowns, a blood vessel practically visible. “You’d better take care not to forget again, or the consequences will make sure you remember.”
“Sure sure, whatever you say, boss,” Banri replies with a noncommittal wave of his hand. He turns to catch Taichi’s eye and winks at him.
Taichi blinks back at him. Is Banri cool or what? Taichi’s heart flutters, helpless to the easy charm Banri displays. Taichi averts his eyes, but the smile on his face isn’t missed by Banri, who watches as his face turns red and his lips mouth out a small ‘thank you’.
Sakyo doesn’t stop lecturing him, but Banri doesn’t mind too much. Taichi, he thinks for what isn't the first time today, is kind of cute.)
"Can I kiss you?" Masumi repeats. His words are steadier then he feels and maybe he doesn't really know what he's doing at this point, but then Sakuya nods and his heart pounds even more. Is this how heart attacks start? He might be dying soon at this rate.
Masumi and Sakuya are dating. It’s weird - Masumi had always expected to end up with the director, one way or another. Sure, she shot him down, but she would have fallen for him at some point or another... probably. It was the most likely outcome- at least until Sakuya had pulled him aside and confessed his feelings and Masumi had found himself unable to keep denying the way the other boy made him feel.
So, yes, Sakuya and Masumi are dating. It’s only been a week and it's not much different than before. Sakuya wakes him up, they go to school together, they come back to the dorm, do homework or hang out or practice or whatever. Then, Sakuya wishes him a good night and he nods in response, they go to bed, and after they wake up and it happens all over again. It’s ridiculously mundane, but somehow it makes Masumi's heart flutter despite the regularity of the routine.
Take this morning, for example. Sakuya had been a bit braver than usual and their hands brushed and then, better yet, their fingers intertwined and they were actually holding hands. Masumi’s heart had sped up, going twice as fast as it should have been and he swore that his face was on fire. For all his relentless flirting, this kind of thing was - is - still new to him. Sakuya had tilted his head, flashing a closed eye smile at him and Masumi swore internally.
“You’re cute,” he had said aloud, the words leaving his mouth before his brain could filter them properly. His own face lit up in embarrassment, but Sakuya’s did as well. His face had been as pink as his hair and he’d tried to stutter something out, but it’d ended in failure. Even so, it would definitely be marked as a success if one were to measure how captivated Masumi had felt at the moment. Still, he had carefully averted his eyes and tugged Sakuya the rest of the way to school in order to avoid his own embarrassment.
He’s thinking about it now, the encounter of the morning. The two of them are in the common room, sitting side by side as they go over their work for the day. Sakuya is chattering about something that probably has nothing to do with the work, not that Masumi is really listening. He's deep in his own head, thinking about the morning and what comes after that, if he'll be able to see that expression again, if his own face will ever calm down while they do those couple-things. It's almost weird, for him to be this embarrassed. The director never made him feel like this, so what exactly does that mean? Did he not love her? Well, no, of course he loves the director. He must be feeling a different kind of love, then. But what exactly would that mean? And how-
"Hello? Masumi, are you listening?" The words bring Masumi back to reality, and as he blinks to reorient himself, Sakuya looks on with concern. "Are you okay? Thinking too hard?" he asks.
Masumi swallows hard before nodding. Sakuya's… kinda close. Really close. There can't be more than a few centimetres between them and Masumi can already feel his heart starting to speed up.
Sakuya frowns. "You know, you can talk to me about those kinds of things if you want to."
"Yeah," Masumi replies, the answer barely more than a low hum. God, Sakuya looks even more adorable at this distance…
"Good!" he exclaims, smiling with a brightness that rivals the sun. Masumi's too close and it practically blinds him. Who exactly had said that Sakuya could be so cute? That he could make his heart feel this way? His thoughts must show on his face, because Sakuya tilts his head in question once more, brow furrowing in concern. "Are you sure you're okay though?"
"Mm, yeah. Can I kiss you?"
Sakuya blinks. "What?"
"Can I kiss you?" Masumi repeats. His words are steadier then he feels and maybe he doesn't really know what he's doing at this point, but then Sakuya nods and his heart pounds even more. Is this how heart attacks start? He might be dying soon at this rate.
Regardless of his aggressive heartbeat, Masumi leans in closer still. There's not much space between them, practically nothing, but the last bit of space is what makes him nervous. He inhales, holding in the breath as he raises his hand to smooth Sakuya's hair behind his ear. Sakuya leans into his hand - he's warm and it's comfortable and why haven't they done this before? - and his eyes slip shut as he allows Masumi to proceed. Maybe he thinks that Masumi has more experience than he does - he's probably right, although kissing a girl once in second grade doesn't count for much, not really - but Masumi doesn't mind. His face is probably a mess of expressions and Sakuya doesn't quite need to know the effect he has on him just yet.
He might be nervous, but the next step is clear. Masumi leans in and in and in and - their lips touch. It's barely more than a brush of skin, the pressure basically nonexistent, but Masumi swears his heart stops completely, it's relentless pounding finally becoming too much for the organ and shutting down. When it starts up again, he's a new man. If that was their first kiss, then he wants to do it again. And again. And again. He pulls away, though, and Sakuya's looking at him, his solely focused on Masumi with a strange sort of determination despite the redness on his cheeks.
Masumi's about to ask if they can do it again when Sakuya pushes into him, pressing their lips together again. Their second kiss has more contact than the first and it's firm and warm and Masumi still wants to do it again. His eyes close so he can focus on the sensation and he opens them as they separate once more. In front of him is Sakuya and he's smiling and Masumi probably is too.
He wants to lean in again, kiss him some more because this is better than he'd ever expected, but there's a loud cough from somewhere behind him. It almost sounds as if they're choking… Masumi's tempted to just ignore it, but Sakuya looks up, concerned. Masumi frowns at the loss of attention and has half a mind to pull him back but then Sakuya says "Tsuzuru?" and Masumi remembers where they are. He peeks over the top of the couch and -
"Do not panic, Tsuzuru! Take steep breaths!"
"He means deep breaths, by the way," Itaru says, correcting Citron. Tsuzuru is coughing on what might be nothing and Citron is hovering over him, concerned. Itaru merely looks forward, meeting Masumi's eye. He smirks. Masumi frowns. It's clear that the three of them had seen, but the way Itaru looks at him makes Masumi want to run away.
Sakuya shifts his weight, getting off of the couch to go check on Tsuzuru, but the moment his feet touch the ground Masumi follows, grabbing his boyfriend (can he call him that? his boyfriend? ...it sounds nice) by the hand and dragging him in the direction of the dorms. "Don't follow us," he says, not even glancing over his shoulder to see if the message had been received. Masumi has little regard for the suffering Tsuzuru they'd left behind, nor for the work they'd left on the table or anything else.
The pair of them have only just entered the courtyard when Sakuya tugs on Masumi's hand, offering a small amount of resistance. They stop. "Masumi?" he says. Masumi doesn't reply. "Are you… embarrassed?" The answer to that is yes, but he doesn't want to say it aloud. That would be even more embarrassing and, with the way he's felt like exploding several times throughout this whole thing, it probably wouldn't end well. Instead, he averts his eyes.
Sakuya lets out a puff of air as he pouts and even though Masumi isn't looking, he can picture the exact expression. "Look at me?" Sakuya asks, and Masumi pointedly looks farther away. He expects that to be the end of it, but then Sakuya's other hand, the one he isn't holding, comes up to cup his cheek, angling his face so their eyes meet. Masumi means to look away, he really does, but Sakuya's smiling at him, soft and sweet, and it becomes infinitely harder to look away.
"You're all red," Sakuya says aloud and Masumi averts his gaze despite not having wanted to seconds before. Sakuya makes it sound like it's a good thing and Masumi's not sure how that makes him feel. "It's cute!" Masumi's stomach flips once, twice, thrice and this time he's certain, absolutely certain, that he'll explode.
"We should explain ourselves, shouldn't we?" Sakuya says, brushing Masumi's cheek with his thumb. God, it makes him want to melt… Masumi nods his head once in response, barely moving. Even if he wanted to do more, he doubts he could. Taking it as an affirmative answer, Sakuya starts to pull away, untwining their fingers. The second they're apart, though, Masumi decides he doesn't like it and he catches Sakuya's wrist the moment after, keeping his hand anchored.
"...Masumi?"
"One more."
"Okay," he concedes, and this time they both move in, sharing their third kiss. Masumi likes it just as much as he liked the first two.
With much regret, the two finally part. Sakuya moves a half-step away and, even though they're still connected, Masumi misses the closeness. "Ready to go?"
"Don't want to," he says, and Sakuya makes a face.
"We should, though,"
"But I don't want to," he replies, staying firm. He can already imagine Itaru's expression… Ugh, he already wants to punch him.
"We can spend as much time together as we like after we do," Sakuya says, stating the obvious that still hadn't quite made its way into Masumi's head. The second he realizes it, Masumi's the one tugging them both back to the common room. Sakuya laughs and allows himself to be dragged along.
(Tsuzuru recovers with the help of a glass of water and Citron's concerned ramblings. Itaru, who's laughing to himself, offers absolutely no help. By the time Tsuzuru can properly breathe the pair of the night have already returned.
The senior trio all look their way and Sakuya clears his throat.
"Um," he says, and that's as far as he gets before Masumi interrupts.
"We're dating," Masumi says. Sakuya smiles bashfully and raises their joined hands as if it's some kind of proof.
Tsuzuru coughs, clearing his throat. He's still confused, but he manages to get out a smile. "Congratulations?"
"Many blessings!" Citron exclaims with a clap of joy.
Itaru merely smirks. "I thought so," he says, and Tsuzuru can practically hear Masumi's glare.
"Don't follow us," Masumi mutters before dragging Sakuya away once more. Even as Masumi pulls him away, Sakuya glances back at them with a smile. He looks happy, undeniably, but after another second they're gone. Tsuzuru stares at the spot they'd left.
"Well," Tsuzuru says once he can finally speak. "That's kind of surprising."
"Really?" Citron asks, tilting his head in comical confusion. "Sakuya has talked of Masumi for months! It is no surprise."
"Masumi's as subtle as a sniper in neon pink, Tsuzuru." Itaru supplies. Tsuzuru stares at the two of them, mouth a perfect circle.
"You guys knew? About the two of them?"
"Sakuya told me!"
"I just guessed."
Tsuzuru gets quiet for a moment. He's happy that the two of them seem happy, but of the five members of the spring troupe, he's the last to know? He feels like a neglected mother or something- although, they aren't his kids so maybe not.
"Don't worry," Itaru says, interrupting Tsuzuru's brooding. "The children still love their mother most."
"Yes yes! A mother's love, how special!" Citron adds. Tsuzuru can only look at the two before he sighs. What a strange family they seem to think this is. And how had they known what he was thinking? Actually, no. That one's probably better left alone.)
Summary: The name for the emotion she's been struck by easily comes to mind - it's happiness.
A/N: Girls are great that’s really all I have to say;;
fake & true
When Faye looks at Celica, her heart doesn’t beat a bit faster. She doesn’t have the urge to hold her hand, or to cuddle close or to write her poetry or anything like that and the reason why is that Faye doesn’t like Celica, she likes Alm.
But - but Alm wouldn’t let her go with them. Celica welcomed her with open arms. And it’s Celica who she sees in her dreams, who she finds herself looking at even after they’ve met up with Alm. Her eyes look to Celica instead of him even though she doesn't mean to and Faye is sure it doesn’t mean she likes Celica or anything, but it must mean something.
Does she want it to mean something? Faye doesn’t know. Of all the somethings it could be, there’s one obvious answer, but it’s not that. It can’t be.
Faye cannot be in love with Celica because Celica loving her back is even more impossible than Alm doing the same.
stronger
Celica stands in front of her, sheathing her sword with a loud exhale. “Are you alright?” she asks Faye, glancing back over her shoulder. Faye just about swoons.
“You’re pretty cool, you know that?” Celica pauses, her elegant air turning uncertain as her cheeks turn a little redder than before. “Thank you for saving me.”
“Ah… anytime!” she exclaims. It makes Faye’s heart happy to see her so content at having done well. Well, she decides while preemptively preparing herself for their next opponent she’ll just have to do better herself to see what kind of expression Celica makes when it’ Faye who’s doing well.
breakthrough (ver 2)
“Celica, I’m in love with you,” Faye says. She keeps her tone as level as she can. She is calm. She will not freak out. She won't.
Celica’s expression, on the other hand, displays a certain level of excitement. “Truly?” she asks, her single word coming out as if she’s breathless.
Faye wants to hesitate - she’s nervous, okay? - but she doesn’t. “Yeah, really,” she says, and it’s Celica who rushes close and hugs her, wrapping Faye up as if she’s the world's most precious thing.
Mila must be smiling down on them from somewhere because Faye feels lighter than a feather. She lets herself smile as she returns Celica’s hug.
changing!
Things between the two of them are changing. Celica’s hand had brushed hers, the contact ever so small, and Faye didn’t pull away. Faye had stared at her, and Celica had looked back, and neither had said anything. Celica had tucked her head into the crook of Faye’s neck and she had felt her breath on her skin. Faye had turned bright red when Celica laughed and Celica's had followed suit and so they had matched. They touched foreheads, glanced into each other's eyes, and they kissed. And it happened again. And again, and again, and never stopped.
Maybe they should talk about it - talk about their feelings and sort them out, organizing the rules and regulations - but they never do. It’s not a bad thing since Faye finds herself happy with what they have. Whatever kinds of changes these are, she’s happy with them - she’s happy with Celica. And that's enough.
happy happy
Usually, it’s Celica who indulges in Faye’s whims. Today, it’s Celica with the request.
“You want to go to an amusement park?” Faye asks, blinking in surprise.
Celica nods, a little hesitant. “I… know it’s kind of childish, but I thought it might be fun.” Faye is on her phone and making plans in an instant.
“We’re gonna have so much fun babe, just you wait!” Faye exclaims and this time it’s Celica’s who’s left blinking, surprised. It lasts only a moment before she smiles - Faye is far too good to her. Her heart smiles too as she watches her girlfriend stick out her tongue in concentration. The name for the emotion she's been struck by easily comes to mind - it's happiness.
what are you waiting for
They’re only three words - only eight little letters, aligned in such a way that they mean so much more. Faye seems to say it so easily, so brightly and lightly that Celica’s heart warms and flutters each and every time. She wants to say it too, to let Faye know exactly how she feels with those words, but every time she hesitates, waits a bit too long and the time to say it is gone.
Celica mopes a little, upset at her inability to say the thing she wants to. Faye notices quickly, confronting her over it. “What’s wrong? You can tell me anything, you know,” she says, biting her bottom lip as she overthinks what it could possibly be.
Now would be a good a time as any, but… Celica stops, breathes, and opens her mouth. She can do it. “Faye?”
“Celica?” Faye returns, eyes full of worry.
“I love you,” Celica finally says, and Faye’s mouth opens, shaped like a perfect ‘O’.
“Oh," Faye says. "Oh," she repeats as her face reflects her heart's joy.
be ok
Faye’s stuck in bed with a cold - if not for her runny nose and scratchy throat, she’d be able to go on that date she’d planned with Celica. After sending her a quick volley of texts - apologies, mostly, and promises to make it up when she gets better - Faye sighs and closes her eyes.
She awakens to soft rustling by her bedside. Opening her eyes, a person comes into focus. “Celica?” she says allowed, voice scratchy from both not being used for a while and her cold.
Celica places a hand on Faye’s forehead, measuring her temperature. “Hey, feeling any better?”
Faye sniffles. “You didn’t have to come, you know.”
Celica giggles, the soft sound soothing. “I wanted to.”
Faye wants to say something - something sweet and nice and a sign to show that she appreciates this so much - but she sneezes instead. Celica laughs, loud and amused. Whether her skin feels hot from the embarrassment or from her cold, Faye doesn’t know.
polish
Maybe Faye doesn’t see it, but Celica sure does. The way she shines, the sheer brightness of her is enough to catch Celica’s eye from across the room.
Celica wants to touch her, to feel what it might be like to be so bright. She’s afraid, though. Afraid she might ruin everything if she does. Faye likes Alm, after all, and her love is pure and bright and Celica wishes it were directed at her instead.
She’s content to watch her from afar, sitting on her feelings and letting them grow and fester despite having no hope of being reciprocated.
She prays to Mother Mila that Faye will get to be happy.
(She thanks the Earth Mother later, when Faye’s hand is in Celica’s and she’s smiling the widest Celica’s ever seen.)
how you doin’
Faye’s cute-girl senses are tingling, so she looks around and there she is - adorable outfit, long red hair falling past her shoulders and red eyes that seem so soft and deep. Faye sighs, content to look from afar. This girl will definitely make a good reference for her next artbook.
That’s all the encounter should be - all it usually is, after all - when the girl in question comes over. “Um…” she says, and Faye blinks, struck by the fact that she’s actually talking to this pretty lady.
“Yes?” Faye says, keeping it short so she doesn’t choke on her words.
“Is anyone sitting here, by any chance?” the girl asks, gesturing to the seat across from Faye.
“Oh! No! No one, so let me just…” Frantically, Faye moves her stuff to make some room for the mysterious stranger.
“Thank you,” she says, sitting down with a strangely large amount of grace. Faye can’t help but stare and thank whatever gods that are out there for this experience. Talking to someone so pretty is always a blessing, after all.
the reason why
They’re lying in bed when Celica’s hand finds Faye’s. “Do you think,” the red-head asks, voice barely above a whisper. “That some things were meant to be?”
“Like us?” Faye returns, squeezing Celica’s hand. “Maybe, maybe not. But even if it wasn’t, we can do it anyway.”
Celica squeezes back. “Even if the universe was against us?”
“Even then. You said you’ll take all the love I have to give you, right?”
“And that I’ll give you all the love I have, yes.” The bed shakes, just a little, as Celica nods.
“Then even if the universe wants us apart, there’s nothing that can keep me from you.” Celica’s strangely quiet for a moment, but just as Faye is about to speak again, she switches positions, hovering over her.
They stare at each other, soft red eyes to soft brown ones, for a long moment. Faye stays still, the weight of Celica's gaze keeping her pinned against the bed. Even if it weren't, she wouldn't have moved anyway. “Thank you,” Celica whispers and presses her mouth against Faye’s, her hair forming a curtain to keep the rest of the world out.
A/N: Was feeling sad and also thinking about these two so? I started a mini-drabble collection for them;; Each piece is unrelated to the next, and they’re all named after Twice songs! The album for this part is Feel Special, which? Is actually very very good!
feel special
Celica’s talking with someone again. A stranger, since they’re no one Faye knows. It makes her feel odd, seeing Celica so focused on someone other than her.
Faye exhales loudly as if doing so will make all her frustration goes away. It’s no surprise that it doesn’t work. What does happen, though, is Celica finishes talking with whoever they are. She waves them goodbye, and Faye can see a hint of a smile on her face. Her heart clenches.
She wants to leave - she can talk to Celica later, after she’s calmed down a bit - but Celica spots her and her smile widens. It’s bright, much brighter than before, and Faye feels her frustration leave in a moment. She smiles, too.
rainbow
Reds, blues, greens, yellows and everything else - Celica looks good in everything. Somehow, Faye can never seem to take her eyes off of her. She wants Celica to look at her the same way, maybe.
One day, she does catch Celica staring. “Like what you see?” Faye asks, smiling flirtatiously as if her words will do anything. It'll be easy to pass it off as a joke, after all.
Instead, Celica flushes red and Faye stares. “...What would you say if I do?” Faye’s face turns red enough that it matches Celica’s.
“Then I’d say I also like what I see,” Faye responds. The two stare at each other, afraid but anticipating something more.
get loud
When she realizes it, she wants to shout it from the rooftops, announce it in the streets and spread the word - she, Faye, is in love with Celica. Instead, she settles for a soft whisper. “I like Celica,” Faye whispers to herself. “I love her.” It feels more real.
So caught up in her elation, Faye doesn’t notice the soft rustling of clothing and echoes footsteps, the sounds of someone moving away. Celica covers her face, although it does nothing to stop it from burning red. “Faye loves me?” she asks herself, the words barely above a whisper. “Faye loves me.”
trick it
Celica lies awake in bed, staring at her phone screen. It’s the only thing keeping her awake, but no matter how tired she feels, she doesn’t want to put it away. She’s waiting.
Despite herself, she falls asleep anyways. A soft vibration is what wakes her, and she picks her phone up off her chest groggily. She blinks, the brightness making her more aware than her body wants to be.
Faye sent her a string of hearts - three, to be specific - in response. Celica feels more awake immediately, blinking as her mouth spreads into a smile. She’s still tired, but somehow the three symbols Faye sent are able to trick her body into being wide awake. It must be love.
love foolish
The two of them are in public, and Celica usually wouldn’t - but Faye looks so cute, smiling so brightly even with a bit of ice cream stuck to her cheek. “You have something there,” she says, tapping her cheek, and Faye’s expression morphs into one of confusion.
“Where?” she asks in reply, and instead of explaining, Celica leans forward, kissing the area while also licking off the cream. It’s sweet. She pulls away with a smile and Faye is staring at her, cheeks getting progressively redder.
“I… I think you missed some,” she says, and this time it’s Celica’s turn to be confused. Faye pulls her in and kisses her properly.
21:29
The two of them walk through town. The sun is starting to set, casting the world in some sort of glow. There aren’t many people around, which Faye confirms with a glance, so she grasps Celica’s hand. Celica squeezes back and looks at her.
“Thank you for spending today with me,” Faye says, and Celica smiles. Gods, she’s so pretty…
“No, thank you. I’m happy,” she says, and Faye gazes at her in awe. “Being able to spend time like this with you is fun, so I’m glad we were able to do it.”
“I-I have fun when I’m with you too!” Faye exclaims, not wanting to be outdone. Celica laughs and the sound is so adorable that Faye wants to tell her so. This time, though, she doesn’t, instead keeping the feelings wrapped deeply inside her heart. There will always be a next time, so keeping them just this once is okay.
breakthrough
“Faye, I think… I’m in love with you.” Celica says it out loud but it still doesn’t feel real. Faye thinks she's dreaming, she has to be. “Would you ever consider accepting my feelings?” Celica has an expression that Faye’s never seen before, scared but hopeful, and she’s not sure if she likes it. She’d rather see Celica smiling, any day.
“Of course I would! I love you too!” Faye exclaims, grasping Celica’s hands with her own. Celica’s face colours red immediately, staying just a shade shy of her hair colour.
“Truly?” Celica asks, voice full of disbelief and Faye nods. “Then… let’s be happy together!”

Summary: Despite both being princesses, Fjorm isn’t someone she’s met before, and meeting new friends is always the most fun! Even if the circumstances are far from ideal, she’s happy to offer her hand and a smile to the newcomer.
(And maybe fall in love.)
(Just a little.)
Sharena’s heard the news - a new mission, a new nation to help. She’s heard of Nifl, of course - she wouldn’t be a good princess if she didn’t know, and if there’s anything Sharena is proud of, it’s being a half-way decent princess. She wasn’t there, though, since they had assumed it’d be a usual event, a regular watch. They’d been wrong and Sharena had totally missed out. The thought of it makes her pout, but she can shake off that disappointment. After all, there are people to help now, people to talk to and learn from and assist and that’s what matters most, probably.
Since Sharena is Sharena, both a princess and an eternal ball of sunshine, Anna assigns her to the newly-recruited Princess Fjorm’s side. There’s probably more than one reason for this, as with most of Anna’s plans (not including the ones that involve money, of course), but today Sharena can hardly care. Despite both being princesses, Fjorm isn’t someone she’s met before, and meeting new friends is always the most fun! Even if the circumstances are far from ideal, she’s happy to offer her hand and a smile to the newcomer.
With some extra pep in her step, Sharena heads towards the mess hall. It’s their designated meeting place, so Sharena is excited. She’s currently attempting to be a bit early - good first impressions are a must, after all! - and it’s only when she’s entered the room and caught sight of a head full of pale blonde hair that she slows. This must be her, Princess Fjorm, and even though it’s only the back of her head, Sharena can feel the grace with which she carries herself. Taking in a deep breath, then exhaling just as powerfully, she attempts to calm herself. A good first impression, she repeats to herself. It has to be good.
“Princess Fjorm…?” she says aloud, prompting the other to turn to face her. Sharena swears her breath leaves her lungs right that instant, her previous cool leaving her body in just one breath. There’s the piercing blue gaze, the soft pink lips in a neutral expression, the subtle glow of skin, the slightly melancholy aura, gods, all of it is beautiful. She isn’t anything like Sharena had expected her to be, not at all.
“You must be Princess Sharena…?” the girl says, clearly ignorant of Sharena’s reaction. “It’s a pleasure to finally meet you.” Sharena can only nod dumbly, her mouth hanging half-open as she stares. There’s a small pause and she’s not sure what to do besides close her mouth, which she does with as much grace as she can manage. Fjorm looks a little hesitant, but she begins to speak again.
“As you already know, I’m Princess Fjorm, the third child of the Niflese royal family,” she says, sweeping into a proper bow. It’s a formal introduction, but it looks so out of place in the modest mess hall of the Order. The pale fabrics brush past each other as the thoughts in Sharena’s head jumble together.
“O-oh, right!” Sharena finally, finally remembers what she’s supposed to do in situations like this. “I-I’m Sharena, the second child of Askr’s family of royals!” It’s a bit too enthusiastic and she might have flubbed it, but maybe if she smiles Fjorm won’t notice? The foreign princess blinks at her a few times - dang it, had she mess up that badly? - before she brings her hand to her mouth as a little giggle escapes her mouth. Sharena’s cheeks colour immediately, a bright pink blooming onto her cheeks.
Accompanying Sharena’s blush is a series of disbelieving blinks. With such a pretty sound coming out of the prettiest girl she’s ever seen - is this real? Maybe she’s dreaming… - gods, she might die sooner than she’d planned. Her cheeks are probably on fire now, but that’s irrelevant compared to this whole thing going on in front of her.
Fjorm stops her laughter soon, lowering her hand back to her side. “Well, Princess Sharena,” she says, tone still light, just formal enough to almost be considered friendly, “I hope we can become good friends.”
“Yes!” Sharena replies, once again too enthusiastic for her own good and, gods, could her face get any redder? Fjorm looks ready to laugh again but seems to be attempting to spare Sharena the embarrassment of it. It doesn’t help much, but she’ll take it. The thought of it is nice, though. Friends is a good word. She’d like to be friends with her. She can see it now - Sharena and Fjorm, fellow princess and friends. The idea floats into her head and a dreamy smile appears on her face for a mere moment until she realizes that she has no time for this dreaming, she’s about to make a fool of herself!
Sharena shakes herself from her thoughts and there’s another awkward pause as the two of them consider what to say next. “Um… We should… go on our tour now?” Sharena suggests, the words a question even though she’s supposed to be the knowledgeable one here.
Fjorm nods in agreement. “That sounds wonderful,” she says and already Sharena is growing addicted to her gentle tone of voice.
The tour itself goes smoothly enough, although Sharena blushes a few more times than probably considered acceptable and stutters quite a bit, although Fjorm laughs so it must be at least somewhat okay. They see the kitchen, the barracks, the training grounds, the library, the gardens and on and on. Sharena rambles a little more than strictly necessary, but the other princess seems to enjoy it enough, a look of awe in her eyes and tinges of wonder in her questions about the palace, the country, the people and everything else. Sharena does her best to answer as properly but enthusiastically as possible. The balance is more than a little difficult to achieve and she errs on the side of enthusiasm more often than not, but that's alright. She’s Sharena, after all, the bubbly-ness is supposed to be part of her charm, supposedly.
They end where they began, in the mess hall. Seeing Fjorm in the room once more prompts a different emotion this time. After seeing the girl everywhere else in the castle, it feels a bit more as if she belongs, as if she isn't quite out of place in this room. Her eyes are still a piercing blue, lips still a pale pink and skin still aglow, but Fjorm's neutral expression has been replaced with a silent smile, the smallest sign of a change in mood. Sharena smiles too.
“Thank you,” Fjorm says aloud, bringing Sharena out of her thoughts, “For showing me around.”
“Of course! I wouldn’t have it any other way.” Sharena replies brightly. Calm. She is calm. “It was fun,” she ventures and Fjorm nods in agreement.
“Yes. I haven’t had quite so much fun in… a long time.” she replies, sweeping her hair behind her ear in one smooth motion. Sharena stares.
“Well, then I’ll make sure there are lots more fun things to do!” Fjorm blinks at her again, that cute expression of confusion on her face. Sharena’s smile widens. “Just because we’re at war doesn’t mean there isn’t time for you, you know! It’s important to think of yourself too, or else you’ll get overworked and then you’ll be of no help to anyone! So, you’ve gotta have fun when you can!” Sharena knows she sounds over-enthused once again but this is the last time, she promises herself. She just needs to-
“I suppose you’re right,” Fjorm agrees with a small nod. “Then, can I come to see you again?” Sharena nods aggressively. Yes, next meeting arranged!
“Of course, whenever you’re free! I’ll always make time for you!” And there goes her face again, turning that shade of red she knows so well despite not being able to see it on her own face. Fjorm giggles again, in a polite way, of course, and Sharena continues smiling despite her embarrassment.
“A date, then,” Fjorm replies and Sharena’s face gets even redder. That shouldn’t even be possible now, gods, at some point, her face is going to explode if this continues going like this...
“Y-yeah!” Fjorm’s mouth curves upwards the littlest bit more and Sharena can’t wait to see it again, even as she watches it happen.

Summary: Hilda hesitates for a fraction of a second, wondering if she really should… Ah, who cares? She’s Hilda Valentine Goneril, and she can do what she wants! …Or something.
A/N: Two days late but the fact that it’s done is all that mattersssss
Also I haven’t played 3H yet but these two are highkey cute!! They should be popular;; It’s twice as long as I mean it to be but that’s okay because wlw is everything. I also made a spotify playlist with all the songs I used for the titles for this week, you can listen to it here;;
For @ferarepair-week Day 7: Azure
As Hilda drafts the design for her newest hair adornment, she’s struck with sudden inspiration. Blue, it has to be blue. A pure azure colour as clear as the sky, the ocean, the colour of… something. There’s a reason it has to be blue, but Hilda really isn’t sure why - which is strange, she’s usually so sure of everything else. So, she shrugs it off and continues with her design. If it really matters, she’s sure she’ll remember it later or something.
The next day, Hilda finds herself very content. In fact, she’s so happy that she might be convinced to do a little more work than usual, moving her upper limit from nothing to half of something at the very most. Of course, just as she’s decided it, there’s a crash and a yelp and off Hilda goes to do her one half of a thing for the day. She’s greeted by a familiar orange and so she sighs.
Summary: Sharena’s urge to cover Fjorm’s face with kisses - which, if you must know, is already practically unstoppable - increases tenfold. She’s barely able to hold herself back. The only reason she doesn’t succumb to the desire is simple. Fjorm is sleeping and Sharena would feel super duper bad if she woke her up.
A/N: Me: Let’s make this next one short and sweet!
Also me: But if they’re gfs;;; and it’s cute;;; it’s gotta be long;;;;
This is officially my longer piece for this week and I love that? To be really honest I’d!! Completely forgotten about them;; But the second I remembered my brain went above and beyond in terms of word count;; I’m so glad I remember them though they’re so super duper cute I cry every time;;
For @ferarepair-week Day 5: Warmth
Sharing a bed with Fjorm is a very interesting thing, Sharena decides. For someone from the icy country of Nifl, and very tolerant of the cold because of it, the fact that she radiated a little less body heat would make sense. Of course, that was what Sharena had initially thought - only to be completely surprised by the comfortable warmth that Fjorm’s figure gave off. Not that she thought about it a little more, Sharena thought this made sense too - since Fjorm lived in such a cold place, her body was warmer to ensure she could survive. It had been odd that she exposed a little more skin than necessary - perhaps this explained it.
Summary: Her feelings don’t make sense, but oh, goodness, do they exist. Tsubasa isn’t surprised when she finds herself paying just a little bit more attention than necessary to the person who had caught her eye.
A/N: I… honestly forgot this counted as an FE game? I think I lost my brain cells somewhere… Anyways Tsubasa’s super bi and Ellie’s a lesbian it’s true I’m telling you.
For @ferarepair-week Day 5: Change
Tsubasa Oribe is very much interested in Eleonora Yumizuru.
It’s a strange, strange feeling to have her eyes glued to someone other than Itsuki. Itsuki had always been there for her, there to comfort her and make her laugh and help her out whenever he could. It was only natural that she’d gravitate to him, of course, and Tsubasa knows that what she feels for him (felt for him?) is love, through and through. That won’t change, she’s certain.
Summary: Lissa laughs again, this time moving in close to press a kiss to Sumia’s cheek. “Of course, only the sweetest, most adorable girl in all Ylisse would say such a thing.”
A/N: Yo… Awakening deprived us of their supports… They’d be so cute?? I can’t believe I never considered until I read their supports and realized they both have one about pie… Pie making wlw, I love them;;
For @ferarepair-week Day 4: Pie
“Baking baking baking… Ah, I know, let’s add some elixir to the filling! It’ll be super yum, don’t you think?”
“Mm… I think we should stick to the recipe this time, Lissa.”
“Eh? But that’s so boring… C'mon Sumia, let me have some fun with it!”
“The fun part is when it tastes right, you know…”
“Huh, I guess you’re right.” Lissa concedes. Still, she takes the bottle of elixir in hand. If she adds just a little, it’s not like anyone’ll notice, right? Just as she’s about to uncap it, though, the sound of someone clearing their throat stops her. Sheepishly, she glances up at Sumia’s disapproving gaze and puts the bottle down with a laugh. “Aww, I didn’t think you’d notice.”
Summary: “…Perhaps I should extract those promised bones earlier than planned.”
A/N: I literally wrote just dialogue for a change? And it as really fun? I figured I’d fill in the blanks with text, but nah. It’s cute the way it is, I think. If reading makes you confused as to who’s talking, remember that Henry is constantly !!!, Tharja sounds super tired and Robin is just living their life. Honestly I think this is the most relatable fic I’ve ever written.
For @ferarepair-week Day 3: Skeleton
“You can have every bone in my body, all 206 of them! Nyaha, isn’t that romantic?”
“You must be rather dumb to offer such a thing… But I suppose I’ll accept.”
“…Should you really be offering her your bones? There’s a good chance she’ll take them while you’re still using them, you know…”
“Aw, but Tharja loves me! So she’d be careful with them, I’m sure of it! And, you can have them too Robin! You guys have to share!”
“I suppose I can wait… If you’d prefer it that way.”
“I don’t think I really need bones, but thank you for the offer, Henry. It’s a nice sentiment, I suppose.”
Summary: “Aw, how sweet of you.” “Not as sweet as you, I’m sure.”
A/N: Grammarly told me this was bland and while that makes me angry I realize that it is Okay and that I will just Do Better Next Time. Even if it’s bland I still love them;; ♡
For @ferarepair-week Day 2: Coffee
In Gaius’ professional opinion, the first kiss of the day should always taste the sweetest. This makes the most sense, after all - by starting off sweetly, you can ensure that the rest of the day is sweet as well. It’s a mentality that makes the utmost sense to him, of course.
His first kiss of the day is always with wonderful, wonderful Libra. His Libra, now that he thinks about it a little more, is probably more correct. At the very least, he’s Libra’s Gaius, if the other way around doesn’t work. Possessives and stuff - he doesn’t really get it, but maybe he’s been hanging around Tharja too much. That, however, is very much not the point, so he’ll stop thinking about it for now.
