Tips on dental hygiene with autism (from my dentist)!!
I went to the dentist a few weeks ago and I told her I'm autistic and that causes me sensory issues that make brushing my teeth regularly harder, and she was great about it and gave me some tips!
Use disclosing tablets - you can get these on Amazon and at pharmacies. They colour your plaque so you can see where you need to brush.
Brush your teeth at night and use mouthwash in the morning - it’s better to brush your teeth at night because it’s after you’ve eaten food so your teeth are easier to get properly clean then. Obviously, if you can, brush your teeth both times, but if you can only handle brushing your teeth once a day, do it at night.
Use an electric toothbrush, if you can afford it. If you can’t brush your teeth that frequently, it’s better to use an electric toothbrush because it’ll clean your teeth better than a regular toothbrush. It’s better to get ab electric toothbrush either way, but especially if you don’t brush your teeth that often.
Get a toothbrush with super soft bristles, this will make brushing your teeth less harsh on your mouth.
If you struggle with mint toothpaste, it's ok to get a different flavour of toothpaste or just brush dry
These have helped me with my dental hygiene since, and I hope they'll help some of you guys
Note: don't be afraid to try out stuff that's different to what I recommended! Everyone's sensory needs are different and what works for me may not work for everyone else, e.g. some people can't use electric toothbrushes for sensory reasons, some people might need hard bristles, some people can't handle mouthwash, etc
You're the sunflower / I think your love would be too much
anyone else with autism feel like their ability to mask just decreases as they age

Woo
I’m out here just chasing joy my dudes. I’m out here just fucking tippy tappin on my new keyboard because the clicky clacky makes my brain make the happy juice. I’m honestly just literally typing this nonsense on tumblr to give my self that DOPAMINE. I got a new keyboard lads. And by god it is a good one. I love it so much. It tickles my brain in all the right spots. Go out there and chase your joy you fellow internet lads. However you can...
I got the Top 4.47% on this English Vocabulary test
I’m in the last 47.33%
I shouldn’t have taken that test
Just a friendly reminder that if you are neurodivergent and have ovaries that your symptoms tend to get worse around your period! So make sure you're being gentle with yourself and maybe have some contingency plans for your mental health at that time! We can all suffer together, I find that makes it more bearable.

How to Identify Your Deities
It can be difficult to figure out which deities are reaching out to you. I recommend waiting for a deity to come to you rather than the other way around, but both ways will work.
If you want to work with a specific deity, do your research. You should know these things about each deity you want to work with:
-History
-Special days connected to them
-Any symbols that represent them
-Why these symbols represent them
-What kind of magick they can help with
-Any correspondences (herbs, colors, altar decorations, incense etc)
-Which background they come from (Greece, Roman, Chinese, etc)
You should also know WHY you want to work with them. It’s important to establish that commonality so that you don’t blindly reach out to deities. They don’t like that very much. Give them the respect they deserve. They are on another plane and have no reason or need to help you. You are the one asking for them to come, so show them you’re worthy of their attention.
The same goes for deities that reach out to you first. They’re doing so for your benefit, not theirs. Sometimes deities come to you when you need their specific abilities and sometimes they just like you and are willing to help you through your life.
There are many ways a deity may reach out to you. Dreams, physical happenings, and animals are a few of the ways.
For example, I asked for a sign about which male deity wanted me to work with them. That night I dreamed of water. I knew it was Poseidon because I’ve long since felt a connection but I wasn’t sure until then.
With Hecate, I was seeing animals I’d never seen before in my area. The owl was one that showed up a couple times. The last new moon as I was giving my offering, I accidentally burned myself with a lighter. This caused a crescent moon shape on my arm. Things like that can be little reminders that your deities are still with you.
You need to be aware of the things around you to be able to identify when something seems different.
If you notice something in your dream or IRL, look it up online to see if anything corresponds to a deity. This can be time consuming, but it’s worth it if you actually find your deity.
Listen to your instinct. It’s usually correct. If you feel a deity calling to you, ask for a solid sign. If you receive one, begin building your relationship with them. (Research is a good way to do that :))
