honestly: the reviews people on ebay leave about haunted/posessed items they bought are so genuine and pure it makes me so happy
are these people intentionally rehabilitating ghosts? are they ghost rescuers? depending on whether i feel like believing in ghosts or not this is either the cutest or most foolish thing ive ever heard
I love the idea of ghost rescuers, especially in a world so eager to hunt or bust them.

*talking to the jet black vaguely humanoid alien creature* for sure yeah we did in fact get to the moon and we solved the whole space travel part but we're in a lull right now because theres like 5 people who have all the money on earth and also media control so we're on this scapegoat minorities type beat for maybe another decade :/ I'm down for oviposition btw
you'd think that "inhuman thing that isn't a person but speaks like a person and talking to it will slowly drive you mad" would only be found in folktales and fables and so on. but no. chatgpt

a lot of media assumes robots would be immortal but i think its a lot more interesting to explore robots dealing with their parts wearing down and battery life shortening and all the horrible little failings that come with being a complicated machine. sure they can replace parts but you'd assume you cant completely ship of theseus them, or it'd have pretty big rammifications on their sense of identity. idk. give me robots with distinct, unique signs of aging. as a treat.
