Lets clean up our oceans
I went to go visit my family far from were I live. Everything was buetiful there. The trees, the flowers, the homes. But when i went to the beach it was nothing like expected. There was trash all over and a bunch of little dead animals. So everytime i went to the beach i clean up abit yet there was still so much. It was sad to see.
Blue eyed beauty. 💙
A quick reminder that this beautiful animal will end up in a slaughterhouse, brutally slaughtered for profit after a too short life. The dairy industry is one of the cruelest in animal agriculture and by consuming dairy products (which are both needless and harmful to human health) you are contributing to this cruelty.
It’s important to understand that cows don’t just produce milk year round and that there is no need to milk ‘natural’ cows, semmi wild cows are doing just fine. Its only because of serious genetic manipulation via intensive breeding practices that have resulting in dairy cows now producing so much more more milk than is natural (at incredible detriment to their health!) this coupled with the fact these cows are required to give birth to one calf annually so that they can produce so much milk and for 10 months of the year. When these calves are born they are then immediately slaughtered or sent to become cheap beef or veal if they are male or if they are female they are separated from their mother to be raised to replace slaughtered “spent” dairy cows. It’s also important to also remember that these dairy cows can often only produce the very high milk yields for an average of 3 years, 3 years in which they suffer immensely, not only due to their living conditions (the majority of dairy comes from intensive farming and even smaller “organic farms” use standard and cruel industry practices) and having their babies repeatedly stolen from them, but from many health issues that occur due to their living conditions such as lameness mastitis and malnutrition. And of course, after milk production slows they are then brutally slaughtered and their flesh is normally used for cheap beef.
When it comes specifically to mother-calf bonds in cows, separation is incredibly detrimental and traumatic, as cows would naturally suckle their calves for nine months to a year after their long gestation period, just like other strongly maternal species, and the strong bond that is formed between mother and calf in the first few hours after birth makes this enforced separation a very traumatic experience. We also know the early separation of cow and calf has long-term effects on social behavior. Here’s a link to with testimonials of former dairy and meat farmers. some quote from a former dairy farmer I found incredibly powerful is “It is a deceptive place. Only the ones who are inside really know that. I am not talking about a one hour visit to the farm… Whoever is really inside, knows what kind of place it is. It’s hell. There is terrible suffering there… The screams of the mothers … I still hear the sound. It won’t go away. I keep thinking about it. Today I am a mother, and I don’t understand how people who say that they love animals don’t see it. Don’t understand it.” and “And they cried and called for their babies. They call and call.“ And a fab piece on a former dairy farmer who amazingly turned his farm into a sanctuary and is now a plant-based farmer (here). Veganism is social justice. Veganism is better for the environment. Veganism is a political statement. Veganism is a movement. Veganism is a positive change.
“The meat industry spends hundreds of millions of dollars lying to the public about their product. But no amount of false propaganda can sanitize meat. The facts are absolutely clear. Eating meat is bad for human health, catastrophic for the environment, and a living nightmare for animals.”

Why should I study for a future I won't have?
Don’t listen to what people tell you. Follow your dreams because when you grow up you're going to regret not doing what you want. Some of the people who “invented school” made it as a punishment for kids that didn’t act as they should have. A school is just a place where you stay in a chair in the same position learning the same as every other mind. Even if one mind is behind or weaker the others. School says they're preparing us for the future yet all I learn is what's happening in the past and honestly with all the climate changes and shootings. If we don’t speak up it's just going to stay the same.
Use your voice and speak up for what's right
