I think I'm going to be okay. I've been going back and forth in mood and am still having bad stretches but I guess that's normal right? I'm starting to really enjoy things again. In the past few days I managed to get in touch with an old friend I haven't talked to in years and it felt really good to connect with them again. We saw the lighthouse and I felt like had a good discussion and connected and it felt like I was finally doing something to improve my life and get over this like... Schopenhauerian pessimism about people and social dynamics.
