guess who has a therapist now. ive been to one session and she’s v nice so thats good

also no offense but what possible good can this do for me now???  like CBT is great and all but unless you have a time machine to give me back the life i fucking ruined i really dont see how any of this is supposed to be helpful??? 

like yay coping skills but hey my life is still over so cheers for nothing

so i went to get a referral for therapy months ago and they advised the highest intensity therapy they offer but they also never contacted me again so there’s that

i used to have the courage to kill myself but the hope to hold me back and now i have no hope left but ive also lost the courage to kill myself which makes zero sense but its true and massively inconvenient
