-Glasses Reid falls asleep with his glasses on, more so when he naps and you have to gently slip them off so he doesn't break them.
-Glasses Reid quickly takes his glasses off when you catch him staring in awe at you, claiming "How can I be staring at you if I don't even have my glasses on that I need to see?" (He knows he sounds ridiculous)
-Glasses Reid who watches any of the movies/shows that you beg him to watch with you because..how could he not? He loved you endlessly and would do anything for you if it meant it made you happy. (And he also loves getting extra couch cuddling time)
-Glasses Reid who smiles cockily when you pout from losing- yet another- poker game and/or chess game to him (But then of course he wipes the pout off your lips with a sweet kiss)
-Glasses Reid who blushes so much, he might as well be a tomato when you giggle at his fogged up glasses from you two making out. (But he also was already red from the noises he drew from you and the feel of your lips and hands on him in itself.)
-Glasses Reid who chases your lips with his when he starts to feel you pull away, a small (cute) whine leaving his lips as he looked at you with those puppy dog eyes. (He knows how much they affect you)
-Glasses Reid who takes advantage of his puppy eyes ever since you told him they make you weak in the knees. Using them to get what he wants, which works almost every single time. (He swears he's innocent every time you try to call him out.) "Who? Me?" Then he'd kiss you to distract you, like his lips were one of his magic tricks that made you forget what you were bickering about in the first place.
-Glasses Reid who whines and whimpers. That's it.
-Glasses Reid who loves to ramble to you on and on about everything and anything you'd allow him to because you actually indulge and listen to his rants. He loves to ramble to you about things he loves or even the research he did (you don't know how or when) on the things you love.
-Glasses Reid who loves reading books to you while he runs his hand through your hair, your head on his lap, a record playing in the background.
-Glasses Reid who absolutely melts when you use his tie to pull him into a kiss, swearing you were both an angel and the devil himself in one.
-Glasses Reid who gets extremely shy and red the first time he saw you in your undergarments, immediately becoming a flushed mess. (Though he immediately couldn't keep his hands off you.)
-And Glasses Reid who just loves you with every fibre of his body, he doesn't even know how it's physically possible. He'd do anything for you (and I mean anything) but he also carries a heavy amount of fear of ever losing you because of the dangers his job inevitably ensues. But you always comfort and assure him that "I'm right here. I'm not going anywhere, okay? I'm right here, love."

saw an elderly woman walking around with a tote bag whose design were the four AO3 fic category squares and she very excitedly asked if i was a reader or a writer bcs nobody else at the con had recognized it, and after telling her that i've been writing fic since fanfic.net, she solemnly nodded and explained that she'd been reading fic since "the days of personal websites" but that she only started writing fanfic when she was 47 and oh my god when i tell you that i genuinely teared up on the spot!!!!! like!!! Spencer Reid: Spencer is a transfer student from Las Vegas. He transfers in as a senior while being only 12 years old. The BAU squad invites him with open arms and treats him like their little brother. He graduates early the next semester but is invited to campus to tutor students, as university transfers aren’t open yet. He’s an early grad even though he is the youngest out of everyone. Unlike everyone else, he didn’t take up a job, but during the summer he spends most of his free time volunteering at the local library. He was a regular until he saw a “Volunteers Needed” sign for the bi-monthly booksale. The manager was so impressed with how Spencer memorized the catalogs like the back of his hand. Now Reid happily swings by every day, putting back books, checking out literature, and doing read-alongs.
Aaron Hotchner: Aaron Hotchner is the biggest square in class. He takes his education seriously, as his mom is a single parent and his brother is only in the 1st grade. Hotch knows his family deserves better, and he takes the path to provide seriously. He grew up with an abusive father. When Aaron was only in the 6th grade, his father was diagnosed with lung cancer; his mom decided to pack their bags and escape to Quantico, Virginia.
He starts off every morning with breakfast made by his mom, oatmeal and orange juice!!! Born in Seattle, Washington, Aaron is connected to the grunge scene; he’s a huge Nirvana fan. He started the speech and debate club and has been president all 4 years. He plays bass guitar and sings in his free time; he is very open about his coin collection.
Junior year he is convinced by Garcia to join drama club; he agrees but only because his crush, Hayley, is in it. Hotch plans to go into law school to work as a prosecutor. He wants to practice law the right way. His father, along with being a chainsmoker, was a crooked attorney; this only fueled Hotch's need to take down the bad guys.
Every morning his mother makes him oatmeal and orange juice for breakfast. Sophomore year, the Hotchners become a host family for student athlete Derek Morgan. Aaron and Derek butt heads a lot at first. But after picking up Aaron's brother, Sean every day after school, they grow close. They realize they have much more in common than they thought.

Derek Morgan: Derek Morgan, dubbed “Choclate Thunder” by his teammates, Number 70 and the star football player after his big transfer to Quantico High in his sophomore year. Straight from Chicago, he is the model athlete and so much more: he’s also being hosted by the Hotchners. After being brutally bullied his freshman year, Morgan’s mom decides to transfer him to Virginia for a fresh start.
That summer before he transferred, Morgan decided to take up Judo classes and frequented self-care. He vowed he'd be there for himself even when nobody is, and when he’s strong enough, he’ll stand up for others too. Derek doesn’t hold any bitter revenge or resentment for his past experiences, as he knows it’s what built him to be the man he is today, what accounts him to carry the compassion and empathy he shares with others.
When Derek doesn’t hit the gym, he hits the books twice as hard. Not a lot of people know, but he is a well rounded 4.1 GPA student, he just doesn’t rub it in people’s faces (this is brought up in an argument with Hotch as he gloats about his credentials when arguing with Morgan. Morgan is just as good as him, and could even be better. Btw they argued a lot when he was first hosted). He’s often mistaken as a dumb meathead, but he’s so much more than that. When being questioned by Prentiss in detention (how they all were brought together), he responds, “I’m more than a dumb jock, just like how you’re more than a rebellious rich girl”
After season, Morgan frequents the library. He bumps into the whiz-kid, Spence. Derek taps him on the shoulder, Reid begs for mercy offering tutoring lessons and refuses to help him cheat on the AP exams. Derek, confused tells him to relax and asks for any book recommendations as he’s interested in the cover of the book Reid is holding in his hand. They become good friends after this interaction, he opens up to Reid about the bullying he faced his freshman year back at his home town, giving him advice on how he dealt with getting his ass kicked everyday. Reid is Morgan’s first real friend after the move, as he finds a lot of solace and comfort in him. Reid is a good listener and they spend most days hanging after school, they both have heart to hearts mentioning their past trauma’s like Morgan’s father’s passing and Reid’s mother’s mental health. The following semester Reid faces little to no bullying especially when he’s with Morgan.
Morgan is openly kind, saying please and thank you, holding doors, and shutting down the class clown when things get disrespectful. Like JJ he stands up for the outcasts. This obviously makes him a heart throb to Quantico high’s entire population. I mean a tall, dark, and handsome transfer student? Who wouldn’t fall for him, but his eyes were set on the tech-queen in his pre-calc class, Penelope Garcia. Thought to be shy, after being assigned to each other for a project, Garcia’s glitter pens highlighted Morgan’s life, drawing a fixation onto her. Before his academic weapon arc, while walking to the cafeteria, a blondie sitting in the library slamming onto a keyboard would capture Morgan’s eye everyday. Her glasses always changed, they matched her eyeshadow color, and when passing through in the halls, her lipstick color matched her shoes. Her presence graced him for mere seconds as the clacking of her keychains behind would be music to Morgan’s ears.
One day while Reid was tutoring students, he stopped by to say hi to her as she was typing away on the library computer. As Morgan walked over, oodles of wires were connecting from the monitor to this bright and colorful laptop sitting on the counter. This was Morgan’s first insight into the futuristic talent of Penelope.
Penelope Garcia: (i know garcia was canonically a gothic teen, but bare with me) Penelope Garcia is truly a jack of all trades. With a hyper fixation on coding, Garcia goes to comp-sci camp and plans on going to the California Institute of Technology. She is in drama club, was the lead of the spring musical, and is head tech editor for Quantico Print’s.
Throughout middle school she was very insecure about her appearance, hiding herself and her body with big black clothing, but rest assured she’d love the attention and compliments after pulling out her bright pink notebooks and her fuzzy cat pens in class. That was the true Garcia poking out.
Eventually, when freshman year started, the real her started to come out. She still dresses very low-key, not completely true to herself, but she carries a deco-crossbody bag with all her favorite character keychains. It's filled to the brim with comics, makeup, and her trusty sticker-bombed laptop. She has a modded DS that is also sticker bombed. She put Reid onto Animal Crossing! Her setup at home is the cutest thing, littered with posters, figures, and plushies. She has her own vanity too. She has many separate blogs (all encrypted!) for her main and secret aesthetics, as well as her gaming interests. She’s often on message boards to discuss her favorite web series & comics, and sometimes she teaches fake hackers a lesson (she doxxs them LMAO)
Although expressive, Garcia doesn’t show all of herself to her many, many circles. If you want to know about her Bauhaus mix or her Sailor Moon DVD collection, you’ll have to go up and talk to her. She bumps into Emily at a local show one night, and after they start to exchange different albums, burn CDs together, and attend local shows. Her classmates will never know she’s an undercover goth unless they ask! Canon Garcia is unapologetically authentic; young Garcia doesn’t put herself out for the world—you’ll have to step into hers to find out!
She has a numerous amount of hobbies, including an obsession with MMORPGs, pirating, shopping for international imports, thrifting, flipping, DIY, comic book collecting, knitting, making soup, and more!
Emily Prentiss: Emily Prentiss is the daughter of one of the richest families in town. The Prentisses are U.S. diplomats, constantly traveling. Emily attended the Quantico school district for 5 years, ranging from K-12, never back-to-back. She moved back to Virginia her senior year. Her first years of school were in Quantico, and her parents thought it was best if she finished in Quantico.
Emily is very stubborn, feeling the constant need to prove herself. Feeling like she never fit in the first place, Prentiss lashes out with flashy gothic clothing and constantly tries to rebel against her parents. They want her to work under them after graduation, but Emily refuses to have her success fall under nepotism. She plays guitar in her free time and collects vinyls and CDs. She loves reading science fiction novels and geeking out with Morgan and Reid.
Growing up, Prentiss never made any strong connections, as she was known as the girl who would faded in and out, disappearing every other year. While traveling she learned to be a polyglot; Emily has studied many different languages, including Spanish, Arabic, Italian, French, a little Russian, and Romani. You can catch her in class practicing writing in those languages and muttering foreign curses under her breath; she never wants to forget the languages she learns no matter how little they are spoken to her.
She regularly goes to local shows and moshes. She’s hardcore. She's bumped into Penelope and JJ on separate occasions. Embarrassed and confused to see JJ there, Emily doesn’t know how to act, she obviously doesn't know the real JJ yet.

Jenifer (JJ) Jareau: She smells like fall and takes pumpkin spice SERIOUSLY. JJ is pretty popular as she’s smart, kind, and a beautiful blonde, but the popular scene doesn’t represent her. Even with their pea brains, the poplars were vicious; they would bully anyone and anything that was different. JJ always defended the outliers they picked on (including Emily, Reid, and Garcia). She never stuck around for when it got extreme.
She slowly started to distance herself from those friend groups as homecoming season came up. All her “friends” tried out for cheer squad, but that was the same day Quantico Print's (the high school’s newspaper) had its first meeting. She started as a journalist, became head editor her senior year, and eventually became club president.
She later found her passion for soccer in the second semester of freshman year, eventually becoming team captain. She’s split between the University of Pittsburgh and Georgetown University. Her elective is yearbook, and she collects cameras in her free time. Every summer when the bau squad goes out, she takes all the pics.
“I’m yearbook mom”. type energy. She’s even able to get an early graduation acknowledgement for Reid in the yearbook!
She distributes Polaroids and has a corkboard collage dedicated to her squad. Penelope is her first friend amongst the squad but they didn't meet in detention like the rest. JJ sees her working on the library computers and sees her graphic design, Pene shows JJ how she used some modded hacks. Impressed by her skill JJ recruits Penelope into Quantico Print's!
